There are blocks that already provide the read more button so adding them to a block that does not have such an implementation will be too big of a hassle when the implementation is already there for blocks: 12, 13, 20, 22, 23 and 24

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

BuddyPress- social network plugin
Font Awesome 4 Menus- icon pack, supported in the theme menus
Jetpack- plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site
WooCommerce- eCommerce solution
WordPress (Yoast) SEO- SEO plugin
Wp User Avatar- Change users avatars
WPML – multilingual plugin

Anything beyond this list is not tested and I cannot say for sure if it will work or not.

If you have a plugin conflict affecting the theme js, the smart sidebars will not work anymore. For pages, make sure you add the extra class to the row containing the sidebar as described here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-sidebar-2/

If the implementation is correct, please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Sorry but our theme does not reset automatically. Usually installing a demo will overwrite the settings or pressing the reset button in the theme panel reset section, but there is no way the theme can reset by itself without intervention as it cannot do that. There might be a database problem and you could have certain plugins that can change the database. I cannot say for sure what caused the issue unfortunately.
Please try not to use any untested plugins.
