This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

The theme has no such option and we have not tested any plugins in this regard. I cannot recommend any plugins in this regard. You will have to try a few of them out with a bit of trial and error and see which one works best.

Please understand that this is not a default theme option. It is a custom code. It needs further adjustments in order for it to work properly. Sorry but any further implementation to this type of menu will require custom modifications which we cannot provide. Please hire a freelancer to help out with the code if you need any further help. Are you maybe referring to the image box element? The white border is supposed to be inside the image. It is part of the theme design. It was created that way. It is not a bug.

The issue can be caused by multiple reasons.
1) Changing the theme name. If this is the case, restore it to it;s original name
2) Outdated version of the multi-purpose plugin. Disable and delete it and then install it again from the theme plugins section.
3) Blocked files on your server. Please contact your host and have them disable any blocked files from the server side.

The theme accent color handles the background of the button. You have black text on a purole background and it is no visible. You can try to make the button text color white though using this css code:

}

You can add the code in the theme panel-> custom css box.
