You can choose any blocks to use from our theme selection. There is also the multi-purpose plugin if you use the latest version of the theme which provides extra multi-purpose elements to the tagdiv composer.

Please make sure you use the latest version of the theme (8.5.1) if not please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and then please disable and delete the multi-purpose plugin and then install it again from the new theme package you download from envato.
Also please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

If you click an author, you will be lead to the author page. There is no profile page in our theme. A profile page is created with plugins such as buddypress. If you want to change the default implementation of the theme and change the author page to a buddypress template, you can either redirect the link or alter the theme code.

You can add shortcodes to a page inside a column text element in text mode as you would on posts in the tiny mce editor. Other widgets or elements besides the ones provided by the page builder can only be provided by plugins via shortcodes.

This most likely is caused either by plugins or by blocked files from your host.
please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Also please contact your host and ask for any blocked files on your install. A common file getting blacklisted is admin-ajax.php as there are many requests to this file.

The final bracket is the closing bracket for all the string. The = is an id generated from the js of the page builder it will not affect the functionality of the builder or the theme.

If these are just a few settings in the theme panel it’s not worth the trouble of restoring parts of a back-up. You can simply go in ad make your settings again. The theme has no such options to restore only the panel settings from a back-up unless the theme panel settings were backed-up using this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
