Hello,

The tagdiv composer already has a bunch of icons to choose from. Please check this list here: https://www.screencast.com/t/rIKayK6eq19U

Thank you!

Hello,

If you use the mobile theme, then there is no style 5 on the mobile theme. There is only a single post style and that is the default one. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you want to remove images on the mobile theme you can use css to hide the featured image for specific posts or from a specific category.
I will be able to help with the code if needed but i will need a link to your site and and you will need to place the posts with no featured image in a specific category so I can target it with css.

Thanks.

Hello,

If you want just the header and footer in black , then you do not need to use the black demo. The default demo also provides this layout. You can change the header and footer colors from the theme panel colors section. https://www.screencast.com/t/nLiyjv32lAdt

Thank you!

Hello,

Unfortunately the search will not retrieve authors. We do not change the default functionality of the WordPress search. On a wp default theme, the search will still not be able to retrieve authors as WP does not have this functionality. You can try a few plugins for extended search results but I cannot recommend any as we have not tested advanced search plugins.

Thanks.

Hello,
Sorry but our theme does not have settings for each viewport in particular. You will have to use css if you want different fonts on different viewports.
Here is an example on the post content for mobile devices:

@media(max-width:767px){
.td-post-content p, .td-post-content{
font-size:15px!important
}
}

Thanks.

Hello,

Unfortunately we have not tested the plugin you mention so I cannot say for sure if it will work or not. Our social icons can be found here: https://www.screencast.com/t/qRjDM2lwi3
The icon css codes are added with css and are found here: https://www.screencast.com/t/RwNdKcHfk

Hello,

It would seem like so at first: https://www.screencast.com/t/JBAGWM4lze but when you edit it as html in the browser: https://www.screencast.com/t/FTHIs3qm
There is no extra quotes. The code is ok. We stopped trusting the W3C test a ling time ago. You can test any major site you can think of and find lots of errors on it.

Thank you!

Hello,

There are no post view on blocks. Our theme never showed the post views in blocks or modules so it is not the solution provided but the theme default behavior.

Thanks.

Hello,

Please do not use both page builders at the same time. Do not keep both builders active at the same time. Only install td composer or wpbakery. not both.

Thank you!

Hello,

The code you are using only applies to header style 7. Please use header style 7 for that code to work. Also you use the gadgets demo which also applies style to the header. Please provide a link to your site so we can inspect the code.

Thanks.

Hello,

I;m not sure what you mean with generating lots of time but it could be plugin related or memory allocation related. Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Also please use this guide to increase your memory: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

Thank you!

Hello,

Sorry but the top menu was never designed to show sub-menus. You can use one level of sub-menus but not multiple ones.

Thank you!

Hello,

Unfortunately we cannot offer any solution to remove the placeholder images or to remove specific functions from our theme. You will have to hire a freelancer for the mentioned customization as we do not have a customization department and cannot offer such services.
In order to remove the OG image please use this solution: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-do-i-disable-automatic-ogimage-tag-on-my-posts/

Hello,

Unfortunately category pages cannot be stretched as they cannot be edited with the tagdiv composer. Sorry. We have not encountered any page builder that can edit category pages.

Thanks

Hello,

The deactivation button is found in the system status screen: https://www.screencast.com/t/iBD2UdNNtHIS
You can deactivate the theme from your current domain and activate it on your new domain.

Thank you!

Hi,
You can try to add this code in the theme panel custom css box:

.td-category-header .td-page-title{
text-transform:lowercase;
}

Thank you!

Hello,
Thank you for your concern. We understand the situation but the theme is not changing it;s essence. We simply followed our user’s opinions that requested more and more features for multi-purpose use. We simply provided the requested features but did not change the essence of the theme. We kept these elements separate so if you do not want multi-purpose options you can disable the multi-purpose plugin and not have to deal with any at all such options. We did this because of the many requests for these elements, not because we plan to move over to a new niche.

Thank you for your understanding.

Hello,

Please note that our theme does not create any thumb that is not listed in the theme panel. WordPress also created thumbs: https://www.screencast.com/t/UBYXvGLFrNz and so do some plugins. All of our theme plugins are listed in the theme panel and can be deactivated. Our theme does not add srcset to images. There is no simple solution I can provide for thumbs that are not theme related or code that is not added by the theme.

Thank you for your understanding and happy holidays!
