Hello,
Sorry but we have not tested any toolset with our theme so we cannot offer any insight into what may be wrong. Maybe some of our users can help if they have experience with the “Toolset” plugin
Thank you!
Hi,
Please check your ads as they have to be amp compatible ad units.
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
Thank you!
Hello,
Well, you can. Please do not edit the code by hand. It is so to discourage hand editing. Any modification must be done from the tagdiv composer only. In order to remove a column altogether, you have to change the column layout from the row settings: https://www.screencast.com/t/NAcMOqH122SO
Thank you!
Hello,
That slider is created using this plugin: https://es.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-slick-slider-and-image-carousel/
Thank you!
Hi,
Sorry but I cannot see the block that you mean. Please provide a working screenshot.
Thanks
Hi,
Sorry but we have not tested any captcha plugin so we cannot say for sure if any will work with our theme login modal.
You can try implementing it into the default WP login:
https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-add-captcha-in-wordpress-login-and-registration-form/
Thank you!
Hello,
You have a top ad that causes the spacing: https://www.screencast.com/t/SZ54VRiIL
The footer gap as well seems to hae an ad injected in the footer. Please check your ads.
And again an ad injected for the row space: https://www.screencast.com/t/RnahdHgbrg3
Thanks
Hi,
The implementation method is already shown in the guide you posted.
The newsletter element can be added to pages in the tagdiv composer. You can then customize the element using the composer options. You can add images above or below, you can add a row background color or background image, etc.
Thank you!
Hi,
Sorry but it;s not a typo. It is just how the variables were created. There are lots of requests to autors_id https://www.screencast.com/t/cxe0vgS9GNo
You can name a variable or a class however you like when creating the code so it does not matter if it was written correctly as authors or just autors. It will not affect the proper functionality of the theme. Do not change it however. Leave it as it is as changing the name to authors will break the code.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please provide a link with a page as you mention. We will need to inspect these empty spaces. Are they any different from the default spacing on our demo? https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
Each block has margins and padding. These can be set to custom values in the css tab for each block in particular in the tagdiv composer: https://www.screencast.com/t/8BjhjdfNAmL
Thank you!

Hello.
As stated above, the amp font cannot be changed. If you activated the amp template on your site, it will display exactly like in our demo video. Here is a live example of a demo where amp is active:
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_crypto/td-post-ripple-ceo-and-ethereum-co-founder-bash-ico-industry/amp/
But I see you have a more pressing matter on your site than the amp template: https://www.screencast.com/t/b2ZNi2Ff
Please check your site as it does not have a stylesheet at the moment.
Your issues could be a faulty theme install or plugin conflicts. Please make sure you install the theme properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
And test the theme functionality with just the theme plugins. Disable all other plugins.
Thank you!

Hi,
It seems that the footer works fin on your site: https://www.screencast.com/t/uoMG1xs5481
Maybe it was a caching issue as we cannot see any issues with the footer now.
Thanks
Hi,
Please provide a link to your site so we can inspect the element and see why this happens.
Thank you!
Hi,
Sorry but smart lists must be created, they cannot simply be enabled. A smart list needs a specific implementation that has to be done on each post in particular: https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-lists/
Thank you!
hello,
The mobile theme issue is a more recent issue that this topic. It only showed up in the latest version. You can still save using the mobile theme but the success message will not show up and the save icons keeps spinning, but it still saves. This glitch will be fixed in the next the me version. please test and confirm that this is what you are facing and not another issue.
Thank you!
Unfortunately our theme does not offer such an implementation, that is why a plugin was suggested but we have not tested such a plugin.
The only tested and recommended plugins to use with our theme are mentioned in the theme plugins section.
We cannot offer plugin implementation services as mentioned in our official support policy: https://forum.tagdiv.com/support-policy-2/
Thank you!

Hello,
Please provide more details to where you are seeing display:hidden? there is no such thing in css. The display property only allows these values:
https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/pr_class_display.asp
The visibility property however has hidden:
https://www.w3schools.com/csSref/pr_class_visibility.asp
Thank you!
Hi,
Please check the translations section as the string can be translated: https://www.screencast.com/t/zYXFAxpoCLH
Thank you!
Hello,
You can try to use a full width grid if you want full width images. Check the big grid full elements of the tagdiv composer or the new flex grids (available since newspaper 9.1) You can stretch any row from the row settings like so: https://www.screencast.com/t/i8SQ5eS4
Thank you!

Hello,
It could have been the cache as both the mobile theme and the mobile menu work fine on your install. Please check again as we cannot see any issues.
