Both visual composer and the tagdiv composer will not work both at the same time. Please only use one or the other.
As for the add-ons, they themselves have not been tested with our theme. Only the masic visual composer plugin is tested but not it’s add-ons.

Thank you for all your appreciation and back-up. We appreciate the kind words.

I’m not saying that all of the problems originate from the misuse of visual composer but most of them certainly do. It was our fault that we left the visual composer options active even though they did not run properly. We created a guide to teach people the proper and intended way of using VC with our theme in order not to limit the user so he will not feel restrained https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/, but it backfired now since moving over to our new page builder.
Basically just the 3 columns work properly and pages only as mentioned in the guide above. We have mentioned this lots of times but people still used the options even though not recommended. Now the layout breaks exactly because of that use of unintended options found in VC.

However the solution is simple. Disable the tagdiv composer plugin and use VC as before.
The downside when using visual composer in an unintended way is that moving to our own page builder now will be more difficult as we did not make the same mistake again. We only left the proper columns active in the settings and we do not allow the use of the new page builder on posts.
If this is something you cannot live without, then the new builder is not for you.

People usually use the duplicator plugin to move over all of the content but in a malware scenario i;m not sure it;s recommended. I’m afraid you will lose the social media data when moving to a new domain. Sorry. It is better this way than to move the hack as well.
I could be wrong though. Maybe some of our users who have better experience with moving sites to different domains can help with a suggestion. Or maybe you can find a solution online as this is WordPress related, not specific to the theme.

Yes we have but unfortunately you cannot remove the menu item. You can remove the word ‘all’ with the menu item corresponding to it, but the posts initially loaded will still show up. The mega menu was created to first load posts from the main menu category which means showing posts from all of the sub-categories in the first load.
This functionality cannot be overwritten except with custom work and coding skills. Unfortunately there is no simple solution we can provide in this regard.

As it is a simple css isn’t it simpler to just copy and paste it instead of looking through the db? It is a simple string of text you can copy from the main domain over to the new one and that’s that. You can even save a copy on your pc in a txt file for safe keeping.
