Hello,

Our theme only grabs the date from the wordpress settings, but not the time. There is a trick you can make to add the time along with the date though.
You can add the time in the custom date setting like so: F j, Y, g:i A : http://screencast.com/t/vkDY3VK2o and now you will have something like this: http://screencast.com/t/xbt8qgRy7k6s

Thank you!

Hello,

1) The code is in style.css. Please access your theme files and access style.css. Then copy all the lines of code from line 7978 to line 8090
If this is too difficult, here is the code directly: https://pastebin.com/GUi6M4N2

2) The buttons will work on the standard responsive version of the theme properly. Only the mobile theme has the css missing for the buttons. The responsive version uses the same code as the desktop theme. Only the mobile theme has a different implementation.

Thank you!

Hi,

You will have to re-create all your pages using the new page builder if you want to switch to the new builder now. You can simply remove the builder if you do not want to use it at the moment (it will install automatically)
Unfortunately both buuilders cannot be used at the same time as they will create issues with the layout. Only use one or the other.
In the future we do recommend switching to the new tagdiv composer as all the new featuers we plan to implement into our theme will only be available for the tagdiv composer. Visual composer will still be provided free of charge as an alternative option but we will no longer add new elements to it.

Thanks.

Hello,

Please also test this on a wp default theme. It does not seem to be a theme related issue. Our theme does not add any extra cdn’s to your install.

Thank you!

Hi,

Please also add this code in the theme panel->custom css box:
.td-post-featured-image img{
margin:0!important;
}

Thanks.

Hello,

Please contact your hosting and have them remove any hosting side cache. We recommend using wp super cache only. Hosts these days tend to provide caching solutions from the host side because of the large amount of users that simply do not use caching on their sites and that kills a server very quickly. So these measures were taken and caching was provided for everybody on specific hosts. Please make sure you do not have this type of caching.

Thank you!

Hello,

If you did not change anything, then nothing should have happened, but people tend to leave automatic updates on so your plugins most likely got updated since then and a plugin update caused the issues. Nothing happens all of a sudden without anything changing. Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Thank you!

Hello,

If you disable the option in the theme panel: https://www.screencast.com/t/F2Hal9YIACc4 then you do not need to remove any code.

Thank you!

Hello,

No, the theme does not require visual composer starting with version 8. Please udate your theme to the latest version by using this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
If you already have version 8, please check the plugins section of the theme: https://www.screencast.com/t/Z6jkR3WFmTxk

Thanks.

Please note you can still use visual composer if you do not want to switch to the new builder. We assumed you want to make the change to the new builder but you do not have to.
You can still use visual composer as you did before.

Thanks.

Hello,

Maybe you are facing a caching issue and your cache was not cleared. Here is where the word “by” is found: https://www.screencast.com/t/HVLrIU72oq
You can also translate it to a space in the theme translations section: https://www.screencast.com/t/unxRssy7u3B

Thank you!

You can do it via email at contact@tagdiv.com
Please also post a link to this topic so we can identify you.

Thanks.

It seems you did not change the order properly. You might have missed an element of the syntax. Be mindful of the commas at the end of each element. The last one has no comma usually.
Thanks.

Hello,

The category list on blocks is called an ajax filter. Please check this guide and read the ajax filter section: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/

Thanks.

Hello,

If you want to use the front-end editor we suggest moving over to our own tagdiv composer which is a front-end page builder: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
The visual composer front-end builder will not work with our theme that is why it has been disabled. it was a necessary measure for the proper functionality of the theme.

Thank you!

Hello

Yes, there is a way. Please download the theme package again from your envato account and copy the file you rewritten from the theme package replacing the one in your install. Or simply replace all files as you would do in an update: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ (not the automatic process)

Thanks

Hello,
If you try to disable the visual composer and leave active just the tagdiv composer, will the layout on your pages break? Try it and see if it will work without visual composer. (it should but only if you did not use visual composer specific element and only used the recommended theme layout regarding the rows and columns)
If this solution will not work , unfortunately the alternative would be to create a duplicate site on a sub-domain using the duplicator plugin and recreate your pages there and once they are finished, you can transfer them to your live site.

Thanks.

Hello,

The size should be 96 px but yours seems to force a 64 px width.
Try to add this css in your theme panel-> custom css box:

.author-box-wrap .avatar{
max-width:96px;
width:100%;
}

Thank you!

Hello,

If you want to add a custom block to a template it has to be done from the theme code. Only pages can be built using the page builder. Other templates do not feature a builder. You can use a do_shortcode function on other templates like this example: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/trending-now-on-category/

Thank you!
