Hello,
I have tested your posts on mobile but could not see any white space. Please test on another device as I cannot seem to get the issue on any of our devices.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please search for this class in the main theme js file: https://www.screencast.com/t/jM0dNbzPYOBj
Thank you!
Hello,
The top menu cannot be sticky. It does not share the main menu functionality to scroll with the content.
As for the mobile menu, it is probably a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
Sorry but only the main menu has the option of being sticky. The top menu does not share this functionality.
Thank you!
Hello,
Yes, you can make each and every element on a page in full width using the tagdiv composer. Simply use the stretch row and content option from the row settings: https://www.screencast.com/t/OZdBJUJeAl
Thank you!
Hi,
I have tested the exact same post from your screenshot and on all of our devices android and ios we could see the icons properly each time. We cannot see the missing icons on our end.
I cannot provide any solution if I cannot see or recreate the problem.
Thanks.
Hi,
Sorry but I cannot understand the problem exactly. Please proivide more details if you still need assistance on this.
Thank you!
Hello,
Thank you for the explanation. We only tested our retina image features on apple products. We did not run any tests with the images on windows devices. I will pass this information on to our development team and we will investigate this issue on 2k and 4k monitors and make the proper adjustments if needed. We will come back with a reply to this topic once we finish our investigations.
Thank you for your time and patience.
Hello,
Please remove all of your custom css (create a back-up beforehand) as there are many rules in there that could affect the page layout. Then test the site without the custom code.
Also check your ad to see if it’s responsive or not. If your ad is not responsive, then it can also create problems. Please use this method to implement your ads for other devices: https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-other-ads-non-adsense-ads/
Thank you!
Hello,
@azli the counter is affected by cache so when the cache is cleared either manually or automatically, the counter will pull the correct info. It works properly now.
https://www.screencast.com/t/0ToGN2jVHs
@dhblue and @animeride
The counter works as expected. There is nothing for us to fix. If it does not work on your end, it means you did not set it up properly. Please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
Thank you!
Hello,
You can use font awesome for menus and change the icon to one of the icons provided by the plugin using a css rule.
Here is a list of icons and their css content values: http://astronautweb.co/snippet/font-awesome/
Here is a css code example that can change the menu icon using font awesome icons:

If you hover over the edit post screen (available for logged in users only) then the link will take you into the back-end to the post edit where you can edit the post visualized: https://www.screencast.com/t/aa8UhWSLc
Thank you!
Hi,
Sorry but unfortunately you cannot have a related articles widget inside the post except if you add it manually inside the post content when you create the post. A widget cannot be added automatically into the post content, sorry.
Thanks.
Hello,
The js files could be blocked by the server so please contact your host and asked about any blocked content from the theme installation folder.
Thank you!
Hi,
Sorry but our theme does not provide any such feature. Adding an app to the google store is an entirely different thing. Sorry but there is no simple solution I can provide in this regard.
Thanks.
Hello,
You are not uploading the plugin in the uploads section but rather you are trying to add it in the media library. Please access the plugins section: https://www.screencast.com/t/9qpnoWna
Here is a guide describing how to install the plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
Thank you!
Hi,
You mentioned you use a windows device. As you well know, retina images will only be present on retina screens. A windows device usually is not a retina device. I could be wrong but Apple products are the only ones that are true retina displays so you might consider testing on an apple product as windows will not show retina images properly.
Here is even a list of the retina displays available:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Retina_Display
Thank you!
Hello,
Th option can be removed from the theme panel -> post settings: https://www.screencast.com/t/6B9WZirHZS
Thank you!
Hi,
If the issue is still there, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin so we can login and investigate this issue.
Thank you!
Hello,
You can make some page building elements to be full width, by stretching the row they are placed in. For example the Full big grids
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/full-big-grid-1/
You will need to stretch the row to get them full width: https://www.screencast.com/t/7OJaD8jJQ
Thanks.
Hello,
Our theme already has a related articles section you can activate like so: https://forum.tagdiv.com/related-articles/
Thank you!
Hello,
You can install multiple themes into your wordpress by default. You simply install a new one and it will show up next to the others like so: https://www.screencast.com/t/F27XxexR5k8
It is not recommended however to have multiple versions of the same theme like for example, newspaper7, newspaper 7.6, newspaper 8. That is wrong and it will cause errors.
Do not use multiple instances of the same theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
It gets cut off because of your custom css in the theme panel. You removed the page margins and padding to get the content right next to the ad, but you did not add any responsive rule to your css.
Please move your code (the one you intended to only affect the desktop version) to the advanced css section and apply it to the desktop viewport only so you do not break the responsiveness with the css rules.
Thank you!
Hello,
In order for facebook to grab the featured image of the post, the OG image from seo yoast must be used like so: https://forum.tagdiv.com/facebook-share/
Thank you!
Hello,
The issue is the row itself. It is not a full width row. It uses span8 which is 66.666% of the total available space.
Please recreate the row and make sure it’s not split into multiple spans from the visual composer row settings.
https://www.screencast.com/t/tSzjRKJvN0
Please make the row full like so: https://www.screencast.com/t/ZEdOeO0usMwR
Thank you!
