This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

It is not a file. It seems to have been a simple block added on the page with some animation. You probably do not have an exact same element. Unfortunately i cannot provide any solution to enlarge the images. Our theme can only crop images, not enlarge them. You will have to edit the plugin and have it provide larger images. They cannot be enlarged with css. The images have to be provided by the plugin in bigger dimensions.

You can add this code in the theme panel-> custom css code
.td-sub-footer-container .td-sub-footer-menu{

margin-left:auto;
margin-right:auto;
}

But please note that this will make you not be able to add a footer copyright text as the containers had to be altered for a centered position in the sub-footer. If you decide to add a footer copyright text , then you will have to remove this customization in order for it to show up properly.

In order to figure out which plugin causes the error, simply remove all of them and clear all caching. Then run some tests. Visual composer and revolution slider are known for not having full php 7 compatibility but they are working on it as they have added compatibility in each of the previous versions, but unfortunately it is not a simple thing to make and you cannot add it all at once as you cannot know all of the situations that can show up and this is done over multiple updates. From the theme side, we already implemented full php 7.0 compatibility. I cannot provide any solution for the plugins however as we are not allowed to modify the plugins code as it breaks our license agreement.

It seems the black color is coming from your end. The theme css does not apply as it is rewritten by either a custom css in the theme panel or a plugin css.
