Hello,

The mobile menu background can be set from the theme backgrounds section here: https://www.screencast.com/t/tbBZbbyOI21Y

Hello,

I think you mean the top menu as the main header menu is already shown on mobile devices.
Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/top-menu-mobile-2/

Thank you!

Hello,

Yes, you can with a bit of css code. Here is an example code that will change all of the links inside the post content:

.td-post-content a{
color:Red;
font-weight:bold;
background-color: #d3d3d35e;
border-radius:5px;
}

Thank you!

I tested on actual phones, not on a desktop emulator. I tested on a note 8, an iphone 8 and on an older nexus phone, but none provided any issue. The menu loaded on all 3 devices with a delay of maybe 1 second, but not close enough to the 2 minutes you mention. Please try another device or another browser on your device as I cannot replicate the issue. Sorry. I have also ran a page speed test on your site but I cannot detect anything possibly creating the issue: https://www.screencast.com/t/5CdX6vV9
Please test from another device and let us know if you still get the issue.

Thanks

Hello
Yes, indeed not all smart lists will show the description for images.
Captions are the ones that are shown, not descriptions. Please read this guide:
https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/226292/does-the-title-and-description-attribute-of-images-ever-get-shown
The description will not be shown even if the image is not in a smart list. A description is not shown even on a wp default theme.

Thank you!

Hi,

I will add this as a suggestion for future updates bust this will have to become more popular if we are to consider implementing it. We have lots of requests and we have to prioritize based on popularity.

Thank you!

Hello,

Please add this code in your theme panel-> custom css box and change the color in the code for the one you need:

.td_block_image_box.td-image-box-style-2 .entry-title a{
background-color: lightblue;
}

Thank you!

You did not mention single product pages until now. You cannot use the tagdiv composer on single products. Only on a standard page where you would insert woocommerce shortcodes.
You can select separate sidebars for each individual product when creating or editing it: https://www.screencast.com/t/qNOmxFiqp You cannot use the tagdiv composer on single product pages. You were not specific enough in our request, that is why my answers were more general as I had no idea exactly what woocommerce template you wanted changed.

Thanks

Hi,

Sorry but your screenshot does not work: https://www.screencast.com/t/pZhgdlGeh0
You should really move to a live domain so we can actually inspect it and see the issues you mention.

Thank you!

Hello,

Please make sure you use the latest version of the theme and test the exact same id and board as I have on my screenshot.

Thanks.

Hello,

Thank you for your suggestion. At the moment there is no option to implement another selectbox. I will add this suggestion for future updates though.

Hello,

You can access the theme panel and remove the footer logo and access the background section and check for 14.jpg in the mobile and search background as this is a possible location where the file could be called.

Thank you!

Hello,
Maybe your previous theme had special requirements for the post images and now since you changed themes, these are no longer met. A featured image should still be possible to insert though.
Please contact us on our email address at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin (login information and admin rights) so we can login and investigate. Please also include a link to this conversation so we can identify you.

Hello,

It seems the problem has been fixed already: https://www.screencast.com/t/px567tP1e
I cannot see any gap.

Thanks.

Hello,

Please update your theme to the latest version. Only in the latest version was the api key implementation added. You can use this guide to update: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-how-to-update-a-plugin/

Hello,

Sorry but there were many security fixes since version 6 unfortunately so we cannot think of the exact issue that was present on such an old version of the theme. The breach was only discovered after it was fixed in our updates so it was of no immediate concern. People who updated properly never had any issues. Sorry but there is no patch or fix I can provide. We can only recommend updating the theme. I’m not sure what design got heavily compromised as the exact same elements can still be used in the current version of the theme. Maybe you can create a staging environment and try to update there and maybe find a solution to the compromised elements. Security is always much more important than the design choice.

Thanks.

Hello,

You can do it with a bit of css. Here is an example:

.td_ajax_load_more{
font-size: 15px;
border: 2px solid #ff0000;
}
.td-load-more-wrap a{
color: #ff0000;
text-transform:uppercase;
}

You can add the code in the theme panel-> custom css box.

Thank you!

Hello,

I cannot see any script not loading. you do have may warnings in the browser console. https://www.screencast.com/t/SqJ6jZDvC25
The menu seems to load fine on mobiles. I cannot detect any issues on any of our devices. The menu loads fin on both android or iphones. Please test from another device.

Hello,

Unfortunately this could be one of many issues. In most cases it is a server config issue so please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can login and investigate why this happens. Please make a full back-up beforehand though.

Thank you!
