Hi,
Unfortunately css cannot do that. Css cannot grab another element’s css. That is done through other means (hard-coding). Unfortunately the theme has no setting to grab the styling of the post title for it’s modules and blocks. you can change the general styling though from the fonts section: http://screencast.com/t/gK0JinUtj
Thank you!

Hi,
We have no reports of such an error, but you could try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. You might also check the post settings in the theme panel to see if the option is active: Please provide a link to your site so we can inspect this issue if you still have issues after you disable plugins.
Thank you!

Hi,
The total width of our theme is 1164 pixels. It will not stretch beyond that even on big monitors.

Hello Jason,
Unfortunately plugins cannot work like that as plugins are created for wordpress. Our post templates are custom so I doubt any plugin can tie itself into our code. Unless it;s created specifically for it.
Unfortunately the theme has no setting like the one you require, but you can reset all of your posts to a specific template by adding all of the old posts to a specific category and then using this method to set a specific post template to it: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/different-post-template-for-one-category/
Hope this helps.

Hi,
1) Well you do not have to be a rocket scientist to implement a new video support :). If he knows his way around php and has the time to study the code a bit, he should be able to do it.
2) We are not sure how the brightcove plugin works as we have not tested at. If there is a setting for dimensions, they should be in the plugin settings.
3) Maybe this will help: http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/beginners-guide-to-creating-redirects-in-wordpress/
Thank you!

Hi,
Unfortunately time does not allow us to test and implement different plugins as we work hard on updates, fixes and support. You can test different plugins with a bit of trial and error and find one that works. There are quite a few to chose from.
Thank you!

Hi,
This question is best addressed to the bbpress author. Our theme does not alter the plugin in any way apart from a bit of css styling from our end. If you want to modify the plugin functionality it’s best to look for the plugin forums or support section.
Thank you!

Hi,
Visual composer comes free bundled with our theme so you do not have to pay anything.
That is a custom grid for the post grid element you built. You do not have to build a custom grid. That grid can be applied to the post grid element from it’s settings but it will not work as you expect it to. Simply edit the page itself and split the row in visual composer in 3 sections like so: http://screencast.com/t/K9avz099Yxsp
Please follow this guide to understand visual composer better: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
Thank you!

Hi,

Our theme has no such option in it’s settings, but there is a way to have a left menu as the one on our demo:
http://screencast.com/t/lroJ44ty The downside is, you have to activate it through code and add links through code as well. That menu is built in the theme and is disabled by default, you can set this line to “true” to enable it: http://screencast.com/t/HMJC8F923oL
You can change the links from here: http://screencast.com/t/JEAXZynfUt7O

Thanks.

Hi,
This issue is most likely caused by plugins.please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.
Let us know how it goes.

Hi,
We do not recommend the use of plugins for the child theme. Every version of the theme comes with a child theme that you can copy over to your server http://screencast.com/t/GK7BlE7a2yr. Please follow this guide to properly set it up: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
Thank you!

Hello Patrick,
You can control the title lengths for every block from the excerpts section: http://screencast.com/t/7BZUN5S3FNiw
The blocks have their own formatting so they will not take the formatting of the post titles. They only grab the post text, but not fonts, formats or colors from the post itself.

Hi,
Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then check the system status parameters by following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Let us know if the problem is still there afterwards.
Thank you!

Hi,
This issue is because you have the wordpress thumbnail set to those dimensions. The default search template uses the wordpress thumbnail. Please add 150×150 dimensions here: http://screencast.com/t/v9Y1pbKwyY or alternatively you could change the template and have a different module for your search page: http://screencast.com/t/H2RJ1sLMPs
Thank you!

Hi,
The theme has no such option but you can use the adrotate plugin. We have not tested it but our users recommend it and it seems works with our theme.
Thank you!

Hi,
Unfortunately our theme has no options to add multiple menus at once. There can only be one main menu, one top menu and one footer menu. They can have as many items as you want but it will fall on more lines than one though.(There can be only one)
There are plugins that can add more menus but i cannot recommend any good ones as we have not tested any.
Thank you for your message.

Unfortunately we have not tested any search plugins so I cannot make any recommendations. Sorry. You can try to google for it and see what others have used successfully. Or maybe some of our users can help with a suggestion.
Thanks.

Hi,
The excerpts can be controlled by words or by letters. First check that option here and make sure it;s the one you want: http://screencast.com/t/85S7f4ebSp
Then make sure you modify the correct module for the block you want.
Afterwards please clear your cache as all theme settings are affected by cache.
If it still does not work, you can check your memory allocation by following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If it still does not work you can try it without plugins to see if there is no conflicting plugin that interferes. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and rest cdn files if you use it.
Thank you!

Hi,
You can place the code inside the head tags but mind where you add the code: http://screencast.com/t/xFQAkPOf6

Hi,
I’m afraid the search does not work like that. It will find results based on the titles, not the elements themselves. So if you search for “video” it will not show anything. The theme has no such options.
The search our theme uses is the default wordpress search (except for the live ajax search we built but that only returns posts).
So all of the search limitations are wordpress related not theme related. You can find solutions online to modify the wordpress search to look for tags or videos or you can maybe find a plugin that has such options.
Thank you!

Hi,
I’m not sure exactly what you mean. There are 2 ways of creating sidebars in our theme. The first one is from the widgets section: http://screencast.com/t/ghCvqsz0https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/
(A sidebar created here can be called in visual composer through a widgetised sidebar: http://screencast.com/t/Ddgd6dD6fq7)
Or the other way, directly in visual composer, as you show in the screenshot, but this way you cannot use it in other places except the page it was created for.
If this is not what you mean, please provide more details so I can better understand how to help.
Thank you!

Hi,
The easiest way to do it is through visual composer. You can split the rows in 3 and add content on 3 columns like so: http://screencast.com/t/14FYUibZQ and add products using the visual composer elements.
Thank you!
