Hello,
Please provide more details to where you want to change the aspect ratio of images. on a post? on a page? they are very very different.
Thank you!
Hello,
There is a way to achieve this by altering the theme files but this will make the modules grab more than one categories. You can follow this topic to see how it can be done: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/conditional-post-title-coloring-dependant-on-category/page/2/
This is the closer we got to this. Unfortunately the function was created for posts so adapting it to modules will be tricky.
There is no other solution at the moment.
Thanks.

Hello,
At the moment there is no plan to implement this so there is no official implementation method yet so Chris’ method is the best solution for the moment. Maybe in a future version we will implement support for this but it is still to early to tell so I cannot promise anything.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please follow this guide to install the theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
The theme itself is located inside of the newspaper-tf folder.
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately we are not not sure why either as we have not tested adding a featured image on top of a page. Maybe this topic will help: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/images-in-top-grid/
This will add support for featured images on pages but in order to call the image to display on the page itself, will not be an easy task .you will need coding knowledge to do it. If you cannot figure it out you need to get some help from a developper as we cannot provide any custom work at the moment.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please only use the visual composer version that comes with the theme. Please disable the plugin and delete it from the plugins section and then install it again from here: http://screencast.com/t/PtNqOuhl
If the error is still there, then access your files via ftp and delete visual composer (js composer) from your plugins folder and then try to install again.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.
Hello,
Please provide a link to your website with this duplication so we can inspect it.
Thank you!
Hello,
If you want to change these icons, you have to edit the theme files here: http://screencast.com/t/dqzaDyibSYDz
You will need coding knowledge to do it and we cannot offer any easy solution for it as we have no idea of the plugin functionality.
Thank you!
Hello,
Sorry bit screenshots don’t help if you need css adjustments. We need a link to your website so we can inspect it and provide the css. If you do not want to provide it here, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com (provude username and password if needed) and paste a link to this topic as well so we can identify you.
Thanks.
Hello,
Our lightbox was created to work with our theme only. It was not tested with any other plugins or sliders. The lightbox is a very sensible element and even if you set an external link to your images it will break. It needs to link to the specific image url to work, but for some reason this does not happen with your post slider. Unfortunately this plugin is not tested to work with our theme so we cannot guarantee it will work properly. If you cannot manage to get the lightbox to work with the post slider, you can try to use another lightbox plugin and disable the theme lightbox. (Not official but I did try https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-lightbox-2/ and it seems to work)
Hope this helps.
Thank you!
Hello Adam,
You can try it on a testing site. Simply create a localhost or a sub-domain with our theme installed and you can test away. or you can make a back-up of your current install and test directly on your live site. There should be no problems if you simply activate a plugin that does not work. Deactivating it should restore the site if it breaks but just to be on the safe side, create a back-up beforehand.
Thank you!
I’m not sure why this happens, try to add another element there to see if it works, like a custom ad for example, then if that shows up, you need to check the slider settings. Try the slider on the default settings.
Thanks.
Hello,
There is no need. I should have known it was a text block…as it’s an exception. It will get it’s formatting from visual composer you you have to use css to change it. (it’s best provide as many details as possible in the future so we can provide the solution faster)
A text box title font can be changed with this css:
.wpb_text_column h1, .wpb_text_column h2, .wpb_text_column h3, .wpb_text_column h4, .wpb_text_column h5, .wpb_text_column h6, .wpb_text_column h7{
font-family: "Times New Roman", Georgia, Serif;
}
Thank you!
Please create a new topic for your issue as this one was created for showcasing your website, not support tickets.
Thank you!
Hello,
The theme shows all categories on posts: http://screencast.com/t/vKtZFrdp, but on pages (in blocks) the category tag will only be the primary category (or if no primary is set then the first one from the list). There is no setting to show more category tags inside blocks. Sorry.
Thank you for your message.
Hello,
You did not provide a link to your website so we can actually see the error but I assume it’s the same cdn error lots of people have: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/strange-chinese-symbols-replaced-icons-and-arrows/
Thank you!
Hello,
If you run the regenerate thumbs, the theme will generate the thumbs you have selected here: http://screencast.com/t/PGy2YhzUJh1b in order to have the least amount of thumbnails, it’s best to asses the blocks and modules you use on your site and only check those thumbnails so the theme will not generate unused thumbs. (you have to regenerate after you change settings in the thumbs area)
Thank you!
Hello,
I have checked again and only on firefox I could see the missing images. This issue is caused by a javascript error that conflicts with the lazyload animation from our theme. Usually it’s a plugin conflict. Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn if you use it. Then check your images again. If this originates from another source and it’s not a plugin conflict (maybe custom code) then you can either revert the theme to it’s default state or disable the lazyload effect from here: http://screencast.com/t/r91bybuXP
Thank you!
Unfortunately that particular file will not work from the child theme. All of the wp-booster folder does not work from the child theme. There is no alternative. If there were, there would have been a setting in the theme panel for it, but this is not the case so there are no alternatives. The code must be modified to get the results you want.
Thank you!
Hi,
If the article titles is what you are trying to modify, then this section is the one you are looking for. You can change fonts for every module : http://screencast.com/t/t80jrx0fJ
You can see a list here on what modules is used on what block: http://screencast.com/t/FVY2ECEuO
Thank you!
Hello,
We already have the audio post format on our update list and we will try to implement it in a future version, but I cannot say for sure when this will happen. I cannot promise it will be in the near future. Until such time, you can use this guide if you have coding knowledge to try and implement it:
https://codex.wordpress.org/Post_Formats
Thank you for your suggestion.
Hello,
You can use a css trick to make the link not work anymore.
.td-post-category{
pointer-events:none!important;
}
Thank you!
Hello,
Smartlists have a few predefined ad spots you can see here: http://screencast.com/t/6dxnTI5UF7
If you want to have a custom ad spot in one of the smartlists, you will have to hard-code it in the smartlist files. Every smartlist type has it’s own file: http://screencast.com/t/wVoP3FGfHN
For example on a smartlist 1 you can place an ad inside the file like so:
use this code: $buffy .= do_shortcode('[td_block_ad_box spot_id="custom_ad_1"]');
And use it inside the smartlist 7 file: http://screencast.com/t/AGeYGuG4OsdL
It will not work everywhere though as smartlists are very complex elements.
Hope this helps.
Thank you!

Hello Arne,
Unfortunately our theme does not have this option. Our theme uses a fixed with that cannot be changed.
Thank you!
