The social counter plugin works as expected. you do not need to hide the counter as if you set it properly it will get the information from facebook. If you still cannot manage to get it working please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can take a look. please also include a link to this topic. (make sure you have the app key from facebook as we cannot generate it for you) As for the title, please change the name from the default STAY CONNECTED as this title will not display. This is the case for every block. The default title you see when you add in viosual composer will not display until you change it.

Please understand that the “no coding required” is meant for the default state of the theme. Like you see it here on the demo: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ and the options you can find in the theme panel and that are explained in the documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/wordpress-information/
Our theme has no such option you require. The search icon links to the search page. If you want to change this behavior you will have to either use code or use plugins to create redirects. This is not a feature of the theme.

Unfortunately customization will be lost if you modified the files that were updated. Depending on the version from which you update from, you can use the included patch you can find in the theme files and simply replace your files with the ones from the patch. If one of the files found in this patch is one you modified on your end, then you need to adapt your modification to the new file.

Please disable all your plugins except visual composer and clear your cache. There could be a plugin conflict that creates the issues. it can also be the cause of the third party ads as the theme has no such ads except for the ones that you implement.

1) This code works on our end with the default logo:

You can change these values to your preference.

2)Unfortunately this header was designed to work with adsense. You will need to remove the container for the ad spot from the theme files first if you want to increase the size of the logo: http://screencast.com/t/BUYmlAB9I6v
Then you can use css to adjust it, but the best way to have a larger logo is to use a header style that uses the full logo . In this case the theme will display the full size of your logo.

I have checked into this issue and it truly seems that the title does not get the theme css style. You can however create a workaround for it if you add a ‘raw html’ element above the slider and enter this code in it:

And now your title should get the styling as it should.
I will add this issue on our bug list and we will fix it in a future version of the theme.

Please read my replies as I have provided a solution for this already. You need to add an extra parameter to the function provided in the tutorial. Please add the priority value I showed above and generate the id’s again. Use a higher number for the priority if you still cannot get all the id’s. The thing is some render blocks will load after the function will retrieve the data so they will not be picked up. If you set the priority like I instructed, the function will delay it’s result further so more id’s will get displayed.

Unfortunately adsense will provide the smaller version of the ad inside a smartlist as there is no space for the 728 ad.

Smartlists have the modal image inside of their code. It is a default behavior. If you want to remove it you will have to edit the theme files: http://screencast.com/t/T1SfkOLkk.
