Hello,
@fran84 you did not purge your cdn files after the update. I can tell you have a cdn server as it is not configured properly and the mobile background slides across the screen when first loading your site. That is the rocket loader option which should definitely not be used. Your site works fine now apart from (rocket loader)
Please use this guide to properly set the cdn: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Other issues are solved by updating the theme plugins.
Thank you!
Please make sure you update the tagdiv composer plugin as well and if the issue is still there, contact us on our email address at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin (login information and admin rights) so we can login and investigate. Please also include a link to this conversation so we can identify you.

Hello,
The new version has been thoroughly tested and it works properly. People simply do not clear cache or do not update the theme plugins after updating the theme. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ especially this part which most users skip: https://www.screencast.com/t/rMEJUkbeETwq
Thank you!

I guess it took a bit of time to update as I can see the footer Instagram properly now. Please check again.
Thanks.
Hello,
These are the tdm images used by the tagdiv composer multi-purpose elements. They previously came up only when activating the multi-purpose plugin but starting from 8.7.5, the multi-purpose elements were integrated into the tagdiv composer, no longer requiring the multi-purpose plugin to be installed. Now the images appear for everybody.
The tdm images will come back if deleted. They were programmed this way as they are required by the new elements. We will provide a “fix” for this in the next theme update as it seems there are many requests to disable these images.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Thanks.
Hello,
It seems your memory allocation is off on your wp install and php.ini.
Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
They are the images required by the multi-purpose plugins. Images that have names starting with tdm in front. They cannot be removed as they are required by the multi-purpose elements that have now become part of the tagdiv composer, no longer through a multi-purpose plugin.
Thank you!

Hello,
You can use the css tab section of the column text element and use the css box model to add margins, padding and borders to elements. https://www.screencast.com/t/OuZ69XD7y

Hello,
They implemented the icons using the font awesome plugin. Please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-add-icons-in-menu/

Hello,
Sorry but only the mobile theme plugin can offer a separate menu for mobile devices. You cannot have the separate menu only from the plugin. There is no setting that can provide the needed functionality. We have not tested any plugins in this regard so we cannot say for sure about the robust 3rd party menu, sorry. Maybe some of our users who have experience with the plugin can help.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please use ftp to remove the theme and plugins from your install to get access back to your site. What are the errors you are receiving?
Thanks.
Hello,
Please check the theme plugin. If you updated the theme and did not update the plugins, your theme plugins got disabled automatically. Please disable and delete all theme plugins from your wp plugins section and then reinstall them again from the newspaper theme plugins section: https://www.screencast.com/t/B60EUVXN
The plugins need updating as well, not just the theme.
Thanks
Hello,
I will try, but there are technical elements that cannot be called anything else than they are though :).
The first thing to check are the plugins. We see plugin break the theme all the time. Please disable all plugins except for tagdiv composer to see if the problem is still present or not. If it;s not the plugins than we have to dig deeper. In order not to get too technical, it’s easier to contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and a username and password so we can login and make a few tests to see if we can identify the problem.
Thanks.
Hello,
If your content was not originally created with the tagdiv composer, this can happen and you can only place elements underneath the existing content, not in the middle of it as you are trying to do. If this is not the case, you can try to disable plugins as we see plugins affect the composer all the time.
If everything else fails, try it on a brand new page,. Maybe there is a code on that specific page breaking the composer functionality.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please check this setting for the post to make sure sidebars are enabled. https://www.screencast.com/t/a8NULC0RPN If it’s set on default like mine, it is affected by this option: https://www.screencast.com/t/QMnnuna1Jfz
You most likely have the sidebars disabled.
Thank you!
If you use seo by yoast, you will be prompted to any seo issues you may be facing with each particular post or page. Please use the plugin for proper seo implementation.

Hello,
The tagdiv composer is a page builder that is required by the theme. Either the tagdiv composer or wpbakery page builder. You will need one of these 2 plugins for the theme shortoces to function properly. Choose on or the other, but you cannot disable both.
Thank you!
