All the modules which create the block can be sorted by the same category and do not allows you to sort them individually, sorry! This is not a simple task which involves doing such custom work and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

The WP BAckery version which comes bundled with the theme core files is 6.0.2 and which also return good results. Please roll back to that version, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Then if possible create a copy of the website on a staging sub-domain (with the duplicator plugin for example) in which to test the update, and try to identify the problem without affecting the working stable website. In case that is possible, provide us with an admin login to it, so we can attempt to update the theme and see for ourselves what exactly is happening. In the 9.7.3 more of the theme, files were moved in the tagDiv composer. The composer must be active at all times in order to keep using the theme at it’s fullest.
The most important currently known issues in the latest update are with the child theme, but since you don’t use a child theme that is not the cause.

Basically, any shortcode you will add in the mobile editor should work as expected.
