Our Newsletter plugin has been designed to display only the email.

Keep in mind that the Editor Picks is just a simple Block 7 set up by default for Footer template. There is no option that allows you to change it. If you do not like it, you should not choose to use Footer Template which uses that block and create it by yourself, using a page for your Footer section or, for example, Footer Style 5 which allows you to add any elements you want at the Footer section.
Regarding your second request, you should use such a custom CSS code to change the color. Please use the Inspector Browser, according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/

I have made some tests on my side with that plugin and it seems to work as expected. Notice that is not a tested plugin. If you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of these and leave just to active only this plugin and try to use it. It should not be disabled!

As a hint, you can hide it when your cart is empty like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/RaAvHPntp7Xo and if you want to display it only for the Woocommerce page you can try using the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area.
