The wide view does not mean full width. I guess that you do not understand what’s the difference between, right? Please notice that the default width of the theme is 1068px, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/iUFopoD4JX Our theme does not support the full width for all of the available elements which can be added from TD Composer. Sorry, you should try using such a custom CSS code if you want to make this change. As a hint, you should find an icon, load into your Media Library and then use the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area.

If the demo still won’t load, you need to check if you have the correct permissions on your upload folder. If not you can use the c-panel to change permissions (set them to 777) or if you do not have access to the Cpanel, please contact your hosting provider. Another thing you can check with your host is to unlock the demo if there is some setting which blocks access to it. Try again and check the results.
If all of these will not do it, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and request the manual installation and we will provide the XML file for the specific demo you want to import.
