Hello gregy1403,

Please provide your website URL and some useful screenshots with your problem so I can identify it on your website. Notice that the date should be the same for the whole website and there should be no differences if you do not use some untested plugins which can interact with this case.
Unfortunately, the theme is not tested with RSS feed and also, we cannot provide support for this case, sorry!

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello vasik,

The social network icons can be managed from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Mr6MwivAGAZ The social icons will be displayed in Top Bar and Footer section. So, if you want to hide them only for Top Bar section, you should use a bit of CSS code to this effect.

The code is ->

.td-header-sp-top-widget{
display:none!important;
}

Thanks.

Hello hoanhdotat,

Unfortunately, our mobile menu has not been designed to be replaced with another one, sorry! Notice that mobile menu was custom made and it cannot be changed, sorry! Also, we do not recommend using other untested plugins with this functionality because you can easily break the theme and we cannot provide support for untested plugins, sorry!

Thanks for the message!

Hello enterpr1se,

Please check the general theme options from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-general-settings/ and then, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them and leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. Notice that if you are using some untested plugins, some of them might interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello gregy1403,

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to display a specific page when no posts are available, sorry! You should check the code and do it yourself if you want to manage this case because it’s not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello Somosung,

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to change the smart list content font or size, sorry! You should use the inspector browser to do this, according to our documentation regarding on how you can create your Custom CSS code from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/

Hello ironsea,

Please notice that our recommendation for theme installing is through FTP because this is the surest method in this case. You can update the theme via WordPress according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ If you cannot do this, you should consult your server administrator and load the theme via FTP way.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello Deniz,

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for Custom Headings, sorry! The only option for more block header styles can be found here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/hRYxse43

Regarding on Facebook sharing, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme and Social plugin and then, you should Fetch new scrape information button from Facebook debugger online tool, according to our useful guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/facebook-share/

If is not what you mean, please provide more details about your problem so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

Hello Ivana,

Yes, it seems to be another class and that’s why the above code does not work. Try to use the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area.

@media (max-width: 767px){
.td-top-menu-full {
display: block;
}
}

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello Dmitry_Lupich,

After you have made these changes you should clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

Thanks.

Hello dita999,

I have inspected your website and it does not seem to be an Article Bottom Ad. I saw that you are using the Amazon Ad which can cause some problems. I do not know what exactly you have implemented these ads, sorry! Please check our documentation regarding on Ads from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-ads-adsense/

Hello OueshOuesh,

As a hint, you should try using the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area.

The code is ->

.td_category_template_8 .td-category-header .td-container {
height: 260px;
}

The result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/342xJNwG1l3

Hello PedroFumero,

If you want to remove that section you should use the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area.

The code is ->

.td-module-meta-info, .td-excerpt{
display:none;
}

Also, if you want to be more specific you should use some restrictive classes for what modules you are using for your blocks. More useful for creating a more accurate code is Inspector Browser. Please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/

Hello evanino,

If the theme was installed as expected via FTP way should work as properly. It was made some changes in the theme because it was an update but these changes do not affect this regard. Try making a new clean install from scratch to another subdomain, clear all the caches, purge CDN files if you are using the Cloudflare resave your panel and check the results and also, ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme.

Hello WakeUpCallProject,

Unfortunately, please notice that the Live search function will work only when the Icon Search will be tapped. If you will add the search function to your Sidebar notice that you will bring only the normal search results because the Live search was custom made. Also, notice that sticky header is working fine for mobile devices as you can see here
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/tG7Ej2hfXmRR

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello ytre77,

Normally, the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed.
