Hello whiten67,
Please notice that if you were updated your theme to the latest version of it, the Visual Composer was replaced with our page builder which is TD Composer and most likely, that’s why you bring some shortcodes or HTML code through you homepage because the TD Composer does not recognize all the shortcodes of Visual Composer. Also, our builder is at the beginning and also, it is in a continuous development. You will not found all the elements which Visual Composer has. From now on, this plugin will be improved with some features which have to be exclusively for this builder.
For more information about right using of TD COmposer and transition between these both page builders, please check the following topic here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/
Thanks for your understanding!

If you want to achieve this layout you should implement it yourself through hard coding and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry! Notice that you should adjust the entire theme because it was not be designed for this type of layout, sorry!
Another alternative for you would be to use the Visual Composer for 4 columns but you will notice that the theme layout will be spoiled and it should be adjusted for a better result, task which involve such a more custom work, sorry!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello evilspyboy,
You can try using a bit of CSS code to hide it from your front end but the functionality of it will continue to work. Try the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area.
The code is ->
.td-post-views{
display:none;
}
Thanks.

Hello michaelcates,
Please check the default behavior for Big Grid 2 on mobile, like this -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-2/ If your Big Grid 2 behavior it is different by Big Grid 2 from our demo preview, it seems that you have a problem on your side. Try to disable all of your untested plugins and install only the items which come bundled with the theme core files and check the results. Also, if you have the same wrong behavior for your Big Grid after you have followed my above advice, please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it.

Hello ascendo0875,
Unfortunately, I do not exactly understand what you mean, sorry! You are referring to these categories from the top of the block, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/9xKwdZVg1Dm Notice that our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to change the order of these categories because these are taken in alphabetical order.

Try to add the !important tag next to the value of this property and in that way you add more priority to your code and it will work as expected. Clear all the caches and check the results.
.vc_tta-title-text{
font-size:14px!important;
color:red!important;

Hello Eamoby,
Please notice that most of our thumbs have 4:3 as the aspect ratio. So, if you want to know if thumbs have 4:3 aspect ratio or not, you should simply divide the width by height and should achieve the results which you achieve when divide 4 at 3, meaning 1.3333. For more information about this case, please check the following topic here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-vs-featured-image-size/
Hope this helps!
