If you have some changes to the code and if these are not made in the child theme, the new theme update will overwrite all of these and your changes will be lost. To be safe, you should make a full backup to your database and for your old theme and after the update, you should make them again but please notice that for each update this case will happen, sorry! If the theme allowed to make these changes in the child theme, you should follow this method to ease your work. Unfortunately, our theme does do not have any such an option that allows you to change the pagination style for your custom taxonomies, sorry! This functionality should have to be implemented separately by yourself. Notice that is not a simple task and it needs to make some additional customizations through the code in order to achieve best results. If you aren’t aware of these steps, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

It seems your images are stuck in opacity 0. This usually happens on a js error caused by plugins or customization or other external optimization tools.
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset CDN files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to handle the sorting of the Search page, sorry! Notice that our theme uses the default search function from WordPress and if you want to change the structure of it, you should edit the theme core file where this is created, search.php like this -> Notice that is not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!

What kind of browsers do you are using to open your website? Please notice that you should use a tested browser on your phone, like Chrome or Mozzila and do not use any other default phone browsers because that’s could be the reason of your problem.

If you are using some untested plugins and if you have some additional customizations through the code (custom js or any other customizations) try to rule out all of these, leave just Visual Composer to active and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. After this, ensure that you have setup your mega menu according to our documentation here -> and also, make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme if you want to bring the best results with our product.

In primul rand, multumim pentru interesul acordat temei noastre dar cerea ta nu este acoperita de suportul nostru. Te rog sa reti ca noi aici oferim suport tehnic strict doar pentru elementele deja existente din tema noastra. Ceea ce vrei tu sa implementezi este ceva nou care nu are legatura cu produsul noastra si care necesita destul de mult timp pentru a o implementa. Aceasta disutie ar trebui sa o porti cu un web-designer/developer pe care ar trebui sa il angajezi sa iti faca aceasta cutomizare pentru ca noi nu putem oferi astfel se servicii momentan, imi pare rau.
