Hello Ken0929,

If you want to remove the date for a specific block you should use a bit of CSS code and target the exact block you want to remove this information. For example, if you want to remove the date for block 2, you should try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.
The code is ->

.td_block_2 .td-post-date {
display:none;
}

Hope this helps!

Thanks.

Hello vlambert,

Please ensure that you have right selected the sorter from Block settings, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/I8sf3UsxAj All of the available options for Grid are placed in Panel, Block Settings area. So, if you need to have any other options you should implement it yourself through the code. For more information about these settings, please check the useful guide here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/

Hello radis92,

1)Yes, you can do it and choose what demo you like. To make it easier for you to choose, you can consult our demo preview and from there you can choose to see our available demo, like this -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/

2,3)It looks to be ok. Very important is to make your own content and you should not edit the dummy content which comes with the demo if you will import with content because when you want to switch to another one, your data will be lost.

Hello bformhals,

The 500 Internal Server Error is a very general HTTP status code that means something has gone wrong on the website’s server, but the server could not be more specific on what the exact problem is. You should contact your hosting provider because they should be able to provide a more accurate response.

Hope this helps!

Hello

1)The theme does not have any such an option that allows you to change the URL of the author link in the post to another specific page, sorry! You should make a Redirect for this case, you will need to create a 301 redirect from that link to your destination page. The theme has no such option. Here is an example on how to redirect links: http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/beginners-guide-to-creating-redirects-in-wordpress/

2)For your second request, you should use the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.

.td-social-twitter{
display:none!important;
}

Hello TheZugzwangBlog,

Please ensure that you are right installed the latest version of the theme via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard. If the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch with another domain and check the results. Most likely, this problem happens due to your bad theme installing.
Try my advice, clear all your caches and let us know how it goes.

Hello Abhishek,

Please notice that the Big Gird 1 uses two different modules like mx5 (for bigger image) and mx6 (for others images) and you cannot have any control for these from the panel settings, sorry! If you want to display more levels in this regard, you should edit the Big Grid and modules which create it and add some optional functionality. If you aren’t aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!

Hello soklevskis,

The child theme will not be overwritten by new theme updates until the core files of the theme will be overwritten to each theme update. The child theme is good if you plan to make some changes to your theme. Notice that exists some restrictions with this and if you want to know which exactly files might be overwritten by child theme, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/ Also, for more references and details about child theme, please consult here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/setting-up-child-theme/
