I cannot provide a more accurate response in this regard because I saw that you are using some untested plugins which interact with the theme and cause a lot of unknown issues. Try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. Clear all your caches and check the results.

Please notice that our theme uses thumbnails for each featured images and the general cropping system will crop the images from center to top. This is the whole theme behavior. The theme does not have any such an additional option that allows you to avoid this for featured images. All of this will be cropped from center to top and it is not a solution to increase the width and height of image because the image is cropped yet. If you want, you can change the height and the width of the image via CSS custom code. If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer, developer to help you because we can not provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

If you want to change the font family for your excerpts for module 18, you should use a bit of CSS code to do that. Try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area. Notice that the font should have to be loaded in your theme panel if you want to bring best results.

Try to refresh your page and check the results. Clear all your caches after this. Also, try to remove all the server caches and if you do not have any access to do this, you should consult the hosting provider and request this task.
Please notice that the mobile theme makes some troubles due to WP Super Cache plugin. Also, the WP Super Cache plugin is compatible with the mobile devices, but if you are using the Mobile Theme, please notice that you should make some changes for a better working. This could be a problem from wp super cache and not the browser. If you use the plugin, please use this method to fix the issue:

Edit wp-cache-phase1.php and add the green code from the right column as it shows there.

The source of it most likely come from your modifications which you have made on your website, like -> CDN, multisite, etc or any other custom changes.
