Regarding the AMP issues, seems the auto ads code has been entered in the header ad spot

That would be wrong, that code can only be entered like this at the moment

I believe an option will be added in a coming update for the AMP plugin so that the code can be entered in the theme panel instead of the plugin files. But for the moment that is the only way.

1)Unfortunately, the theme has not been tested with the Speed Ninja plugin and also, we have bad or good reports regarding this, sorry! Please notice that we cannot provide support for untested plugins and being an untested one, we cannot recommend using it, sorry!

Here is talking about the same AMP analytics code but please notice that two different section from where you can make this change. In your first image, you can see the old AMP implementation for Newspaper 9.5 and in the last image, the new AMP settings from the latest version of the theme. The difference is the version theme number.
