Unfortunately, this error could come from a big number of problems. I believe it happens due to a server configuration which is not responding, it could be due to a delay or it could also be a temporary issue so you can try this a few times and if you still get this error please contact your host provider and let him know about this, ask them to unblock our demo in order to retrieve the theme data. It could also happen due to your wp install or other plugins might also cause this. Also, make sure that your permission for the upload folder is set correct. You can check this by trying to upload an image in the media library. If the process succeeds then the permission is okay. If not you can use the c-panel to change permissions (set them to 777) or if you do not have access to the Cpanel, please contact your hosting provider.

First of all, please ensure that your System Status are correctly increased to the higher value according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Also, please make you sure that you are using the latest version of Visual Composer 4.11.2 that come bundled with our latest update 6.7.2. Please check your Ad code to be the correct one because it would be most likely that the theme does not support your code. Also, try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all cache and rule out the conflicting plugins and check after the results.

Please ensure that you have correctly added your images. Also, please ensure that this issue does not come from your untested plugins which could create this problem. Try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme. Also, you can try to use Thumbnail Regenerate & Force Regenerate for your thumbs and check after the results.

I suspect this issue come from your untested plugins which interfere with the theme and could create some unknown issue. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Also, please try to update the theme to the latest version (6.7.2) and the Visual Composer (4.11.2).

Unfortunately, our theme doesn’t have such an option to control these spaces but only from your WordPress editor. Try to edit your post and remove those spaces from your editor because these will be added automatically by the WordPress platform.

Please notice that the latest version of WordPress (4.5) “broke” the Visual Composer and seems to appear a lot of issues using this. Please try to update this plugin to the latest version of this (4.11.2) with the latest version of our theme (6.7.2). Clear all cache and check the results and see how it works.
