Please notice that we cannot provide support for untested plugins, sorry! Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme. For better results in our theme, please try to use fewer untested plugins, because these interact with the theme and can produce some damages for your layout. Unfortunately, our theme has not been designed to offers you a way to increase or decrease the width. Please notice that our theme does not have such an option for dynamic width and we do not recommend to do that through the custom CSS code because the layout of the theme will be damaged. If you want to change the width of the theme to be in full-width mode, please notice that is not a simple task and you will have to adjust the entire theme to the new width for better results. In order to achieve best results, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. After you have done this, please consult the guide below and then check your social counter and see how it works.

1) Please make sure you have the latest theme version: 6.7. If not, you need to follow this guide to update your theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/

2) Having the latest version of the theme is not enough if you do not update the social counter as well. You need to remove the current version you use: http://screencast.com/t/4jvRwNzK and then install the version of the plugin that comes with the 6.7 theme: http://screencast.com/t/9AKKURjTjX
You can recognize if you have the correct version of the plugin when you see the new app key settings: http://screencast.com/t/CIXxklBanNl If you do not have these settings in your social counter it means you do not have the correct version.

Please keep in mind that this is the theme design and if you want to change this, you have to do some additional customization to alter the general CSS code that applies in this regard. As I have explained you above, these modifications depend on what kinds of blocks you are using and also, can cause any damage of the site. Below I gave you a general custom CSS code which can be used in all cases (partial 2, 3). If you want to change the other spaces 1,2 depends on what kind of block you are using because it is not a general code for this. Also, please notice that we do not recommend to change the spaces numbering by you with 1 because the layout of the theme could be damaged.

Please check the list with all the thumbs which are used in the theme and enable the thumb 696px*0 if this is disabled. Also, if this is enabled and not work, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.

A database is an organized collection of data. It is the collection of schemas, tables, queries, reports, views and other objects. The data are typically organized to model aspects of reality in a way that supports processes requiring information, such as modelling the availability of rooms in hotels in a way that supports finding a hotel with vacancies. You have to simply install our Newspaper theme and your content will be recognised by the systems if you are logged in with the same account (user and password). I suppose that in the past you have had another website and now you will switch with our theme and you want to have the same content, right? You have to install our theme with your old account and install the demo without the problem. The previous website was worked with a database which you was created with a user/password. Please notice that you have to use them when you are using this theme. Also, please notice that these settings are valid only if you had the previous site and the database for WordPress….the content will be recognised…otherwise, if we are talking about two different platforms you cannot get the old content. Also, I have tested on my side with a ‘No category’ category and the Ajax filter work as properly and therefore, I cannot provide an official response in this regard because on my side it does not happen. However, I suspect this issue comes from your untested plugins which interact with the theme and could cause this type of problems.
