In most cases this issue is due from mobile theme module from Jetpack. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. It is necessary to follow this steps because some untested plugins used by you could cause some interference between theme and these plugins and create this kind of issue. After this, try to enable your plugins one by one and find the culprit. At the moment, the single way to change it is how I presented you above. In a future update, it is possible but we cannot say for sure if it will get done in the next update because it is not a simple task and also, we have a big list of fixes, improvements and suggestions to implement. It’s hard to filter them and select which one gets implemented now and which one gets postponed. The developers will decide if it gets done or not, though.

Depends on what kind of header style uses into your website. Please notice that our theme is implemented 12 header templates with the different style. If you want to have a big header logo, you have to use a header style that has a full logo displayed on this style, look like header style 9, 10 or 11. If you are using other header styles besides these, you have to use a bit of CSS to change the dimensions of the logo and you can break the layout. Unfortunately, this kind of issue come from your RTL. As I said you above, our theme has not been designed to use this kind of language support but only LTR, sorry. I have tested on my side and I can recreate this issue with some Arabic language…try to disable your RTL and see that this problem disappear. If you want to adjust our theme with this kind of language support, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to implement this functionality for you in our theme because it is not a simple task and requires custom work and we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!

Unfortunately, the recommended only way is to make a full backup to your site. In each update, the theme files will change and if you were changed any file that was changed in the update, your old settings will not apply because the theme overwrite the old code and you have to re-add this code in the new file changed.
