Hello

I have checked you website and I saw that your featured images seem to work as expected. http://screencast.com/t/rkcdvHFzv If your problem reappears, this could be caused by conflicting plugins. Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the plugins in conflict.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello carmene,

I have checked and I saw your new banner in the right side of the footer section. Unfortunately, these option does not come from the theme but only from the plugin settings. I have inspected the banner and I saw that it have target="_top" attribute by default…you have to change this attribute with this target="_blank" In order to achieve as you wish, you have to find the files of the plugin where are called this attribute. I cannot do this because I do not have access to your files.-> http://screencast.com/t/5AVZK6aFgd

Hope this helps!

Hello carmene,

Unfortunately, there is not a simple task to do the Pinterest button to look like Facebook Box because the implementation methods are different for each button. I saw that you are using a plugin wich overwritten the code of the Pinterest button with the new button code. If you want to display more levels you need custom modifications and I suggest hiring a freelancer to do this for you as we cannot provide custom work at this time, sorry!

For your second request, if you want to decrease the black space below the widgets in the footer section, you have to use a bit of CSS. Please try the code below and add it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.

.td-footer-wrapper .td_block_wrap {
margin-bottom: 0px;
}

The result -> http://screencast.com/t/Z8ynN7m8uViU

Hope this helps!

Hello Stefan,

I suspect this problem to be from plugins in conflict. Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out conflicting plugins. It is necessary to follow this advice because if you are using some untested plugins with our theme it could cause this kind of issue.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes after my advice!

Hello Mijo,

As my colleague @Bogdan said you above, there is not a simple task. It is not impossible to achieve this but take more time until obtaining a result and this is custom work. If you are not aware the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to implement this in our theme because we cannot provide custom services at the moment because we are very busy.

Thank you for your understanding!

Hello Stefan,

Please ensure that your images used have the correct size because the theme only cut/crop the images and
do not enlarge. If you have a lower dimension of the image than the thumb used in the theme, you have that grey space. In this case, we recommend using a plugin wich can enlarge the images, like ‘thumbnail upscale’ or simply replace your image with another that have the correct size. In the screenshot below you can see wich are the thumbs used by the theme -> http://screencast.com/t/hXPaYLBj5

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello mabaro,

I suspect to be a problem that might be caused by the plugins in conflict. Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme. This odd behavior occurs when some untested plugins interfere between them and with the theme. Also, please ensure that your title of the sidebar does not contain a strange character (unknown symbols) but only letters and numbers. Check your sidebar after you have done this changes and see if your problem persists.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello comsolo,

I suppose that you want to change the font of the main menu. You can set it from the Theme panel->Theme fonts, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/ILWzaOwM8 If you want to use other fonts and its are not loaded in our theme you have to upload the new font. Below I presented the steps that you have to follow if you want to upload a new google font.

Go to Theme panel->Theme fonts like this: http://screencast.com/t/zh29FwQyA First of all, you have to download on the website a custom fonts as you like, of course. You can search a lot of this in this link: http://www.1001freefonts.com/ After you have downloaded the font file, please use this online tool to create your own font: http://www.fontsquirrel.com/tools/webfont-generator

After these steps: http://screencast.com/t/p5vrpGyLrD4 you have to find the .woff file and insert it in Theme panel->Theme fonts->Custom fonts file like this: http://screencast.com/t/5AFW5qRKB Now, your fonts are ready to use. You can find it in Theme panel-Theme fonts, like this: http://screencast.com/t/CFnRX3Fhhttp://screencast.com/t/Zkm4J24zwjE

If you want to change the fonts in all the theme, unfortunately, our theme does not a simple option to set it for all this…it is necessary to change it manually in theme panel, wherever you want to defend this font, like this: http://screencast.com/t/HkVYzvlff2

For more information about font customization, please consult our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-custom-fonts/

I hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

If is not what you mean, please provide more details about this regard so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

Hello MyNarrabri,

I have checked you website and your page source and I noticed that you use a lot of untested plugins with our theme. Your theme behaviour is very strange and I suspect it might be caused by conflicting plugins. Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and thus rule out the plugins in conflict. We have a list of tested plugins and our theme works fine with these -> http://screencast.com/t/nI0FIV4fN Check the theme without your untested plugins used and see if your problem persists. Also, then you can reinstall your plugins one by one and see wich plugin interfere and could cause this problem in our theme.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
