Paste this code in the custom CSS section of the theme panel.
.td-scroll-up .td-icon-menu-up {
color: white;
}

Change the color to a color or color code of your choice.

Your images are showing now http://prntscr.com/lp2l33 except on this post http://prntscr.com/lp2ldp. Maybe clear your website and browser cache and try checking it out again.

The six months support means that, apart from the forum, you can receive priority support from tagdiv team via email. But once it expires, you can either extend or not. But you will continue to receive support via this support forum if the 6 months support expires. Read more about newspaper theme support here https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/.

You can change the colour in the theme panel here http://prntscr.com/lp2ibk where it says text/icon colour. Remember to save your settings after the change.

WP Forms also works with the theme. I prefer it over contact form 7.

The plugin should be compatible, but it is not guaranteed. Mostly check and test thoroughly on minification and lazy load coz that’s where problems might occur.

There is an option to add drop caps in the post editor for individual posts, but if you want to add across all posts at on your website, you can google a custom solution, such as this one https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-add-drop-caps-in-wordpress-posts/

It should be. Though it is recommended to use the latest version of MySQL and PHP.

ctoweett

You have to use a plugin for that. You can use contact form 7 or WPForms.

It can be enabled with code. Paste this in the custom CSS section of the theme panel.
@media (max-width: 767px){
.td-header-top-menu-full {
display: block;
}
.td-header-sp-top-menu {
display: block !important;
text-align:center
}
}

Actually, for me, it is not just 404 that resets, but every template in the theme panel>template settings section. The issue occurs randomly. Like it can stay days or a week or two before it occurs. Like it occurred recently when I made my previous comment. But it is good to hear the tagdiv team is following up on the issue.

This is not a theme feature. Perhaps you were using jetpack or some other feature in your theme that shared posts automatically.

ctoweett

I wish I knew what was triggering this issue because it keeps recurring randomly.

Under each post in the post editor, you should see a custom fields box. If you can’t see it, scroll to the top right, expand the screen options, and tick custom fields, then scroll back down and you shall see a custom fields option. Just change the option post_views_count to whatever number you want then update the post.

Make sure your web host meets these theme requirements https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Just mark it as fixed and ignore. Or else, put your site on maintenance mode using a maintenance mode plugin next time you update the theme (and so on).

You can’t! The site width is fixed. You can only stretch the width with td composer but not minimize it.

ctoweett

You can’t! The theme width is set at 1164px. You can only stretch it further with td composer, not limit it.

Tagdiv team does not provide custom work. They recommend https://studio.envato.com/

ctoweett

Oh. Okay. Good to know.

ctoweett

It happens randomly, even when not using the site. I saw the templates also reset with every theme update.

It actually did recur. Just done a random check and the templates had reset (not sure for how long, coz they reset after latest theme update and I set them again).
