Thanks for this Simion!
The mobile theme has its own design. If you want your homepage to be the same on desktop and mobile, then deactivate the mobile plugin. After all, the theme is responsive.
Try updating the default theme plugins in Newspaper>Plugins in your WordPress dashboard.
Aha. Thanks for the clarification. Could that be added to your theme guide? It may help some people.
‘Fas’ is for font awesome version 5.0+. Any version before that uses ‘fa’. So you might want to install a font awesome plugin which supports version 5.0+.
Make sure you are using the latest version of the plugin and the theme.

The theme comes with its own child theme. Download “All files and documentation” from ThemeForest and extract it. Look inside the ‘code’ folder of the extracted file for the child theme.
That is a modified flex block 1.
That screenshot is using the mobile theme https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/. If you don’t want to use the mobile plugin, just select those grids with 3 boxes in the td composer and experiment with them by selecting the mobile tab of the element (see http://prntscr.com/l78250).
According to Envato regular license, you can only use one license per site https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular. But you can use the license on a subdomain if it is a test site only. If it is an entirely different site on the subdomain, you need to buy another license.

It occurs sometimes not every time. I will note it next time it happens. In this instance, I was changing fonts for the date template 9 when it occurred. But I have seen it occur a few times in the past two months.
Open the page in the editor and scroll down until you see Homepage Latest Articles option. Expand it, click on Post loop settings, and scroll until you see Limit Post Number and change the number to what you want from there.
Go to theme panel>translations>translations and search for the trending now option and replace with your own custom choice.
To answer your second question, switch to default template in your page. Then with td composer, search for post loop element (or import any from the cloud library). Then you can stretch to your liking.
You are welcome.
The issue has not occurred for me again since I reported. But let’s see what the new update will do. Thanks, Simion.
You can actually have the image appear via the new cloud library templates https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/. Just import a single posts template and modify it. The author element has a way to show the photo and to modify it to be circular http://prntscr.com/l45h6g (the photo radius option makes it circular). You can then deploy the new template via the theme panel like default posts templates.
1. Try searching for ‘PJ News Ticker’ plugin in the plugin repository. It allows for horizontal scrolling. You will have to paste its shortcode in a ‘column text’ element of the td composer.
First, install and activate the Cloud Library plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/. Then look for Cloud Templates option on your WordPress admin dashboard. Follow the guide in the link above to do the rest.
