Thank you, Simion. Just sent email with admin login!
Hi Simion. Ads DO appear on our end using Chrome, Firefox and Safari, so it’s that’s not an issue. The issue is that the Ads ONLY appear in the Header. Our cache has been cleaned on more than one occasion. Works just fine in the Header of all Pages. Although we’ve got the same Ad Box placed in our Sidebar for Individual Posts Settings/Pages, no ads showing. Two Ad box widgets are placed directly below DON’T MISS on for all Posts Pages yet the ads don’t appear. Would you like a temporary Admin login?
Hi Simion:
As mentioned above, we are using Google Ads and we see the ads loading in our Header from all browsers. Our Adsense account was approved six years ago and works fine. Can send you a screenshot if possible. Please see our issue above, as it’s strictly limited to Sidebar for Individual Posts.
Thank you!
We followed all of the steps from the documentation precisely, and have never experienced this issue before. We will try the FTP method as recommended but are surprised that a complete remove & reinstall is necessary.
Thank you!
Thank you!
Thank you for your quick response, Calin – allow me to clarify that the Medium Account I speak of is our Page on Medium.com https://medium.com/bizcatalyst-360. Over many months, we’ve been sharing to this Account via SNAP – and then it stopped working, which is when we got the above response via SNAP.
Thank you for your quick response, Calin – problem solved!
Thank you!
Thank you – any idea when the next Theme Update will be arriving?
Thank you, Simion – very helpful. Appears as though the slash characters issue will be dealt with in your next Theme update as a fix.
We’ve also checked the “global” settings and modal is switched off.
Hi Bogdan. Perhaps I misunderstand your reply, but we’ve check every image on the Page and none of them are set to modal.
Also, not sure if it’s related but no matter how many times we make and save our corrections to this page, we continue to discover thre right-slashes (///) immediately following anywhere that we’ve used an apostrophe (‘).
Problem solved with help from Mark Clifford!
Thank you so much, Mark – problem solved!
Fixed, but now when we try Create attempt to Edit a template, we get the following message:
Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!
Hi Mark: We’ve experienced the same error message. Can you clarify your fix “had to save permalinks”? Perhaps it will work for us. Thanks in advance
Thank you!
Thank you for your quick response – done!
Thank you for your always quick and helpful responses, Catalin!
PLEASE IGNORE, SHOULD HAVE PUT THIS IN THE NEWSPAPER FORUM…
Thank you!
Thank you Bogdan for your always quick response. Problem now solved – appears to have been a plugin conflict.
Roger (Our Server Admin) responded to your latest eMail yesterday.
