I did. The ajax error persisted anyway. There’s a conflict with tagdiv composer as you well know. Yoast released yesterday a new update. Does it make any difference?
Can you please get an update from the team working to overcame this issue? When will you release a fix? We were forced to disable Yoast so we could keep everything up to date but being a news site that has a huge impact. We need to a solution so we can reactivate yoast. thx

We have tried an older version of Yoast (21.5) but the issue still persists. Are you able to provide a combination of latest theme version and latest yoast version that are compatible?

We tried the Flipbook with that plugin disabled and saw no improvments. There’s something else responsible for the slowness of the render. To replicate the issue you must access the pdf/flipbook in a mobile and zoom in. It takes to much time to render when you set the zoom to maximum magnification. Please try that.

Can you also check why are we getting errors when trying to import cloud templates? Some templates fail to get upload in the cloud template panel but I can find them in Pages. If you open one of those templates they are full of erros like in here. We haven’t edit them.

Can you please request your team to investigate why the flipbook performance is so poor under your theme?

We need your feedback and opinion regarding what’s causing the slowness of the iframe render for those flipbooks.

We tested those flipbooks in a staging site using another theme (not newspaper) and they performed flawlessly and super fast.

With tagdiv the render it’s super slow, specially for mobile devices.

As said, we used cloud templates and made changes to those using only the tagdiv builder settings. Does that answer your question?
We used also some custom css code in the Tagdiv builder but curiously those custom elements were kept unchanged. You have our credentials to check if necessary.

Please don’t give a standard reply saying your recommended plugin is WP Super Cache because it is the tested one with the theme. I know that!
My question is if the developer team knows of any conflict or cache issue related to redis objet cache and our specific configuration.

Hi, we have the same issue and it hás been repórted in the beggining of the year if not earlier. We are in October now. Since then several updates came out and no improvement was made to solve this and make the theme workable and efficient with 7days/ 48hours/24hours post sorting. Future clients Will read fórums and investigate for major issues like this before purchasing a theme. Remember that when you set priorities for future updates.

The accessibility plugin is so that users with eyesight issues can increase the font size to read better.

It is something very common in newspapers.

Is there any way to turn off the !important CSS rules on the builder so that the plugin can work?

I have another question…
We are displaying Covid Stats on our site but because we use regional stats, unfortunately we can’t make use of the API you have developed :(. Those stats are manually updated every day and we have to do it in 4 different templates (Homepage desktop, Homepage Mobile, Covid page Dektop and Covid Page Mobile)

Can you help us find a way to edit those numbers in a general section and see them applied everywhere? We would like to keep the layout, that’s the tricky part…

I must update the details provided with adittional info (please pass it through to your coleagues)

I found that our homepage is constantly loosing saved configurations.
Examples: We disabled the “Next Prev Ajax” for the two columnists Block named “opiniao” and days after we saw the page lost that configuration and revert to a point where “Next Prev Ajax” was enable. The same happened with a “AD Box” and also in our COVID-19 Block (we update covid numbers manually). Covid-19 block had been update in April 18 and yesterday the numbers shown were from April 5. Inside the covid-19 module “Next Prev ajax” at Flex Block 1 doesnt work.

Also CPU USAGE is too high.

Regarding topic number 6, on this thread (Unique Articles)…

I’ve recreated the issue testing that feature on our staging and it persists. All plugins were deactivated. A plugin conflict as the cause for Unique articles malfunction is excluded.

As explained earlier in the thread, when Unique articles is enabled, severeal posts are wrongly excluded. Those posts are unique and for that reason should not be affected by the unique articles rule.

Please access our staging and check for yourself. We investigated this on our side and found no clue of what is causing it. That feature is extremely important for us and we urgently need to fix this.

We also noticed an error when using “LAST 24/48 HOURS & 7 DAYS POST SORTING”. We set the filtering on “+Populares” Block with 24/48 Hours but surprisingly articles with more then a week are peaked and shown. We need that query working properly to avoid unnecessary CPU spikes.
