Using the tagDiv Cloud Library the post content is apply using the custom post type, therefore the WordPress “the_content” is replace by this custom post type.

Please notice that if you want to set the td-login-modal.php in child theme you’ll need to set the top bar that you are using to, for example I have set top bar style 1 -> http://prntscr.com/p0l1qj also make sure that you set the path in child files like this
wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/header/
or copy those file in parts/header too.

Also make sure that you set all theme requirements as in our guide from here .
At last make sure that you are using the Gutenberg editor that comes with WordPress, do not use plugins for Gutenberg editor.
