Hi,

I just made some tests and the settings from flex blocks related to pre-made style are working – https://i.imgur.com/OaAil2m.png

Also, if you want to have control over the h elements, this depends on where they are in use, if are on page and are simple elements, without individual settings (usually set with tagDiv Composer), then those will apply – https://i.imgur.com/FQB0Qkk.png

Hi,

One solution is to import and export the pages and templates using the wordpress tools, but the main site should have the same plugins https://learn.wordpress.org/tutorial/tools-import-and-export/

Alternatively, you can use the copy-paste method: simply copy the cloud template from one site and paste it into a cloud template on the other site.

Thank you!

Hi,

What about the cPanel? Do you have any security tools?
Can you contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and cPanel access to check it?

Thank you!

Hi,

I have a few recommendations to help optimize your site’s performance:

Enable Object Caching: This can significantly improve load times by reducing the need for repeated database queries.

Cache on Flex Block Elements: As per the instructions here, activating cache for flex blocks can improve resource efficiency: https://forum.tagdiv.com/use-flex-blocks-cache-option/

Review Resource-Heavy Features: If you’re using the “Most Popular” feature, it may be consuming substantial resources. You can disable it by navigating to the theme panel here: – https://i.imgur.com/IgvZFub.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/wnBKD6r.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/Vms107h.png
Please note, it’s advisable to make this change after updating the sorting settings for the blocks.

Hi,

Can you please provide an example?

Thank you!

Hi,

When you are using a cache plugin you need to set some configuration recommended by WooCommerce authors – https://developer.woocommerce.com/docs/best-practices/performance/configuring-caching-plugins/
Also, here is a similar topic – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/enabling-wp-super-cache-causes-woocommerce-memberships-plugin-to-not-work/

I hope this will help you!

Hi,
Please do not share private credentials via form, only via email.
I checked the website and now this is not working https://i.imgur.com/o8pRGBC.png. This kind of situation can be related to the .htaccess file, please use an FTP or cPanel to rename it and see if the problem is resolved.
Also, make sure that the wp memory limit is set to at least 256MB https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/fix-wordpress-memory-exhausted-error-increase-php-memory/
If the situation continues, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide us with the website access.
Thank you!

Hi,

If you are referring to add and edit articles, then you’ll use the default wordpress editor, not the theme https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-add-a-new-post-in-wordpress-and-utilize-all-the-features/ The above video tutorial is for how to create pages with tagDiv Composer and cloud templates for your website.

Hi,

To display a different title, just add the element page title and the category title – https://i.imgur.com/yTgsw7A.pngwill be displayed for each category in part. Also, you can use the Category Description and this will display for each category the text from the description section https://i.imgur.com/2VUTTkm.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/1rRYaXm.png

Hi alejalme,
Can you please let me know the security tool you are using? It is possible to be something related to it and the code from the theme files that is coded in base64, and the security tool interprets it as a threat and deletes the theme file, so when you remove the plugin and install it back, that file is added back too.
Thank you!

.cls-wpb .star-rating{
position: absolute!important;
left: 10%;
bottom: 7%;
}
.cls-wpb .price{
border-bottom: 2px solid #e7f0f1;
}
.cls-wpb .td-module-meta-info{

What you can do is make sure that the respective ad code is ok and rendering, for this you can set it directly in a new article or use the mentioned plugin to display the ad in an article to see if it is rendered, if it is not displayed then clearly the situation is related to the ad.

Hello,

It is possible to have a security scanner that detects the base64 and sees it as a possible threat. Can you let me know the tool use to scan the /td-composer/legacy/common/common.php and get the results you got?

Thank you!

Hi,

Here is a more recent video for how you can use tagDiv Composer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg&list=PL6CsDkMaejhoHETIWoxnRB4zefz8L8PYg. This will display how to create a header, footer, and page from the beginning.

Hello,

Please note that if you install the demo (with or without content) or uninstall the current demo, all content and templates added during the demo installation will be removed – https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/

If you’d like to keep any of this content, we recommend duplicating the homepage, other relevant pages, and any cloud templates beforehand.

Pages and cloud templates can be duplicated to ensure you have a backup copy https://i.imgur.com/ZrKtkj7.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/py4E6lh.png

Thank you!

Hi,
Please make a full backup and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com, and please provide a WP-Admin and CPANEL access. We’ll check it as soon as possible. Please include this link in your email so we can identify you faster.

Hi,

There are a few solutions, one of them is to set in that post the code containing the button with the mentioned id, unfortunately this is not quite simple and sometimes is better to use a guide to help you – https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-open-a-wordpress-popup-form-on-click-of-link-or-image/

Hi,

What I can recommend is to try a dedicated plugin for ads https://ro.wordpress.org/plugins/ad-inserter/ is using this one is still not working, then is not related to the theme or worpress, most probably the ads are not yet approved or something similar.

Thank you!

Hi,

Usually, this kind of situation appears when something is interfering with the theme and it’s blocking it from making the request to the cloud. Usually this kind of situation appears when the website is set in maintenance, but it can also happen when there are some problems with the permalinks. This can be checked by setting the permalinks to simple/plain and checking if the problem persists. After that, the permalinks are set back as they were initially.

Thank you!

Hi,
For this, you can use our guide that explains it step with step for how to do it – https://forum.tagdiv.com/reviews-2/

Hi,
At this time, we have not conducted internal testing of the theme with OpenLiteSpeed, so we’re unable to provide a confirmed answer regarding compatibility. Official testing has been performed with Apache and Nginx, and we’ve received positive feedback from other users running the theme on LiteSpeed without issues.
Thank you!
