Hi,

1. Unfortunately, there is no option for this, but you can set an image for those articles that do not have one – https://i.imgur.com/yHD0RPQ.png. Doing this will no longer display that gray placeholder; it will display the image set by you, and the block layout will remain the same.

2. This can be done only if you set a category or tag for those articles that do not have a featured image and after that, exclude the category or tag from your blocks https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/ https://i.imgur.com/UXnS2Uy.png

Thank you!

Hi,
There is no need to create this kind of function because the Newspaper theme already has this option. All that you need to do is to have the single post templates you want to apply on your articles based on categories, then from the theme panel, you can set on each category the post category you want to apply – https://i.imgur.com/DzvlVQ3.png
Thank you!

Hi,
Yes, the functionality will be the same, only the layout will be the one displayed in the Newsletter builder before providing the embed code.
Thank you!

I see, this situation is because on mobile, a different header is used with a different menu.
For mobile version you can use this custom css:
.tdb_mobile_horiz_menu .btn a .tdb-menu-item-text {
color: transparent;
}

I hope this will help you!

Hi,
The zones refer to the header/content/footer zone.
Most of the time, the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme; therefore, after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page, the next time you try to edit it, you’ll get that error. The simplest and fastest way to resolve it is to use a page revision – https://wordpress.com/support/page-post-revisions/

Also, please check our guide from here at point 5 -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/ also after trying the steps from our guide you do not get any good results, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin login, as well as cPanel and credentials. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Thank you!

}

}

Hi,
It appears that the banner is set as background image on the element from menu, so to resolve this the best way will be to set the text transparent:
.tdb_header_menu .tdb-menu .btn a .tdb-menu-item-text {
color: transparent;
}

Please set the css in the theme panel > custom code > custom css.
I hope this will help you!

Hi,
By default, the H1 is set on logo, if it is a cloudyou can use tagDiv Composer to disabnle the h1 (it is need to be done on all logo elements from bith mobile and desktop viewport) https://i.imgur.com/0BjZdOj.png, but when you get on an article the h1 will be set on article title, for pages to remove the h1 from logo you’ll need to set the page template on pagebuilder + page title -> https://i.imgur.com/ElmwJQR.png then the H1 will be set on page title. The H1 is an important element for SEO and it should be present on the page.
Thank you!

Hi,
There is no Preferred Web App Plugin or Software, normally it should work with any app / software for wordpress.
Thank you!

Hi,

A key can be assigned to 2 domains at the same time, not 3 or more domains.
Normally a license key is for 1 website, please check the ThemeForest license specifications here – https://themeforest.net/licenses/standardhttps://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular -> https://prnt.sc/X0AldIM7e7ni
We allow the key to be used on 2 websites at the same time because we consider that most website owners require a testing website besides the live website, and the theme must be activated there as well.

The Import Export option is only for the theme panel settings only, for cloud templates, you need to use the import export tools from wordpress https://i.imgur.com/DTLcrCH.png https://i.imgur.com/HwTD6bS.png

Thank you!

Hi,
I’m glad you managed the situation!
What I recommend for the post_view is to disable those options from the theme panel – https://i.imgur.com/IgvZFub.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/wnBKD6r.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/Vms107h.png. Also, if you have the view count element on your single post template, please remove it. After that those tables should no longer be updated by the theme:
post_views_count
post_view_7days_last_day
post_views_count_7_day_last_date
post_views_count_7_day_total
post_views_last_24_hours
post_views_last_48_hours

Hi,
Can you please temporarily disable the image optimizer plugin and verify if the image is provided the correct version on the frontend?
Also, if you can provide a link to the website where I can investigate the problem, it will help me to understand whether the thumbs have the correct size, if they have been optimized …
Thank you!

Hi,
Usually, the situation you mentioned appears when the theme is updated, but the theme plugins are only removed and are no longer installed. What I recommend is to check all tagDiv plugins you are using before the theme update. After the theme is updated, go to Newspaper > plugins and reinstall all those theme plugins.
Thank you!

Hi,
Unfortunately, the theme and Jetpack Boost don’t give UI-level control over fetch priority yet. In this case, I will recommend an Image Prioritizer plugin, you can try this one https://wordpress.org/plugins/image-prioritizer/
Thank you!

Hi,
Unfortunately, without having access to the website to check the problem, it will be hard to identify the problem, so we’ll need to start with the classic steps.
1. Set a new Big Grid Flex 1 without any settings on it and see if the problem persists.
2. Try with a different Big Grid Flex element.
3. Test it using only tagDiv plugins
Thank you!

Hi,
The tagDiv Newslaetter is providing only a layout for the 3 mentioned newsletters. If you want to have more control over the newsletter, you can set the embed code directly in column text in the text zone – https://imgur.com/DSSni9j, and this will be reflected as it was made in the Newsletter account.
Thank you!

Hi Carlo,
Our developers are investigating this situation and we hope that they will provide a solution soon!

Hi,
Hello,
Thanks for the clarification, I really didn’t understand how it works correctly.
If you assume that the situation may be from the template on the article, I suggest you do a test using the default template – https://i.imgur.com/My6fwMe.png https://i.imgur.com/mJP7w3i.png also if it were possible to test on a staging it would reduce the search area to detect what generates these problems. There it could be tested strictly with the theme plugins and possibly only with tagDiv Composer to see if it only works correctly with it.
Thank you!
