Please try to crate a new shortcode, with other banners and test it, is possible that the shortcode to be lost.

TagDiv Composer is a builder for pages and templates from tagDiv Cloud Library.

The easiest way is to edit a template from tagdiv cloud library, to change a custom template means to change the file for that template ( make change in theme files, not very recommended), and this one is not indicate if you do not have the proper skills to do this.
