Hi,
When you update the theme, just make sure that all activated plugins are also updated and activate https://prnt.sc/Zf8Iamh0ScCo. Most of the time, when the problem you are mentioning appears, it is when one of the plugins is no longer installed after the theme update.
Hi,
The redirect settings made looks corect.
Hi,
The mobile logo was already replaced and now is displaying your logo on mobile.
I checked teh revisions and it appears that you had a plugin Envira Gallery that displayed the gallery and now that plugin no longer exists on your website. Now I see you have a new plugin for the gallery, it’s FooGallery, so now you should use those shortcodes for your gallery.
Hi,
I just checked that page and that page now exists and it is as in your screenshot – https://prnt.sc/qc0Y_ONFMAev the page was publicate in 15 Nov 2025 and has 3 revisions.
I see that this page content is not made with the theme builder tagDiv COmposer so please do not edit it with the theme builder and use the method that was first used to create it (maybe it is a plugin and you just selected a page were teh content to be displayed)
Hi,
First, what you should make sure taht taht all theme plugins that you have installed and activated on Newspaper 9 will also be updated and used on Newsapper 12 and because this will be a big update for you, in Newsapper 12 under Newsapper > plugins, you’ll see an extra plugin that was not there before, this is tagDiv Standard Pack plugin, in your case, you’ll need to install and activate that plugin to bring the old templates for your website.
I hope this will help you!
Hi,
You need to edit the homepage with tagDiv Composer – https://prnt.sc/b_HRIcEh7iFn select the block https://prnt.sc/tkOC0pBivvni if the first block has the offset 1, this means the second block should have the offset 2, not 1 like the previous block – https://prnt.sc/R-2I3tG3Uf2I (I made the settings for that block, so now it is no longer repeating the article).
You can check how the offset option is working in our guide – https://prnt.sc/tVmyfeYot-M9 https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/ https://prnt.sc/sm1RPzboyr5o
Hi,
The above method will automatically create a new page that will be edited and only when is done will be replace the current homepage with the new one https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/
Hi,
Ok, I did the exact same steps https://prnt.sc/wmdU_6uDS5H7 and the link is working – https://prnt.sc/C1cvqWLDBkyw and it is still there after I close and reopen the page in editor – https://prnt.sc/QztX5RLRfNPn
What I recommend is training a different browser and eventually ensuring that the save message for the zone you edited was displayed (in this case, the content zone).
Hi,
Checking the screenshot provided, you have set a category “Moda” in the filter and this is also excluded from the results. The results from the block seem to be correct (just make sure when you set a category with subcategories to have correct results when is set in the category filter and you exclude that main category in the multiple terms filter).
Do you have any offsets set in the general tab?
Thank you!

Hi,
The license key is associated with the domain, so changing the host will not affect the license.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please connect to your dashboard and go to plugins, look for the plugin TD Mobile theme plugin and disable that plugin, clear all cache, and the problem should be resolved.
The theme will use the responsive version.
Thank you!
Hi,
Use the theme panel option to remove the comment count from blocks, go to Newspaper > Theme panel > Blcok settings > Meta info on Modules/Blocks – https://prnt.sc/a-eBA5C_QSkD
Hi,
Please edit the Search template using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/9zcjlvq.png -> https://i.imgur.com/3ahOyy2.png
Select the Posts Loop element and check the General tab to see if an offset value is set.
If there is an offset number, remove it and leave the field empty.
Save the changes, clear the cache, and the problem should be resolved.
Hi,
1. When you set a image/banner, make sure that you do not set a thumb and you set the full image – https://prnt.sc/Q1o1_k2xjxWZ
2. This situation is usually related to teh offset from the posts loop element, so, please edit it with tagDiv Composer like this – https://i.imgur.com/yVdPa3f.png select the posts loop element and remove the offset number, after that the posts from that category would be displayed – https://i.imgur.com/cIsacyO.png
3. The footer logo should be set like this to be centered – https://prnt.sc/SQR8fngSORPJ logo should not be inline.
4. For the social counter, make sure that the social API’s are set in the theme panel – https://prnt.sc/rxdFFuu7QBPA – https://prnt.sc/YbExQPok_eHk
5. Check if you have the api key for the weather is set and if you set Nice as the location – https://prnt.sc/Y9mG8aOIwkGq – https://forum.tagdiv.com/weather-widget/
Thanks
Hi jareksz,
The zones refer to the header/content/footer zone.
Most of the time, the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme; therefore, after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page, the next time you try to edit it, you’ll get that error. The simplest and fastest way to resolve it is to use a page/template revision – https://wordpress.com/support/page-post-revisions/ (in this case will be a post template revision).
I hope this will help you!

Hi,
I would like to clarify that a standard WordPress installation, even when using the theme, does not automatically block bots. WordPress securely handles login, registration settings, and user roles, but it does not include built-in bot protection such as CAPTCHA or rate limiting by default.
This means that any public form (login, registration, contact form) can be targeted by automated bots unless additional protection is enabled.
The theme does not bypass WordPress registration settings. It follows the normal WordPress rules. To reduce automated registrations or spam, the theme provides an option to enable reCAPTCHA (Use Google reCAPTCHA v3 or Use Google reCAPTCHA global domain) as an extra security layer.
If you can share clear steps showing that WordPress registration settings are being bypassed, we will be happy to review and investigate further.
Hi,
Unfortunately, this is not how the theme review system works (our system uses the WooCommerce review system, and this is not working like that). It will display only teh revires related to the product a when you are on product a and on prouct b will display only teh revires of product b.
Hi,
I just checked this one my install on a shop prebuilt website and the options are working correctly – https://prnt.sc/9Hzws5t8LazU
