Hi,
Unfortunately, I don’t know if there is a method for this at the moment. The only way I know is to rebuild those pages using the tagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
Hi,
I think that you have 2 headers, one is set as global and one as an individual. Usually, the one from the homepage is the individual one. – https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/ – https://i.imgur.com/gACxSjB.png
To remove the more option and display all menu elements you need to edit the page with tagDiv Composer, select the menu and disable the drop-in more option – https://i.imgur.com/CA17St0.png – https://i.imgur.com/6YrORmX.png the login element can also be added using the tagDiv Composer using drag and drop – https://i.imgur.com/h0BBFK5.png
Thank you!
Hi,
Just comping the child theme will not always work, sometimes it is necessary to set some in the child theme some extra files. Also, those will apply only for standard templates( from the tagDiv Standard pack), if you have cloud templates, then will not be overridden because those can be edited using tagDiv Composer.
If you agree, we can take a look to see what the problem could be and why it appears on the logo after the update. For this, please contact us by email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin access. We’ll check it ass soon as possible.
Thank you!
Hi,
That can happen sometimes. I will explain how it is intended to work.
After activating the theme with the key, the theme tries to check the key with our server. But if something interferes with this check, the theme will display a notification like the one you are receiving.
The things that can cause this to happen can be plugin conflicts, security/firewall settings from plugins or from the hosting, and sometimes even the configuration of the server. I can take a look and try to find out what is causing it exactly. In order for me to do that, I will need an admin login for the website, for this please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com also provide access to cPanel or any server manager the hosting provides, this may be useful as well.
Thank you!
Hi,
I think that you just want to display the modified date, right? For this, you can do it on blocks using this general option https://i.imgur.com/yX7gBCj.png for posts, if you have a single post template you need to edit it with tagDiv Composer – https://i.imgur.com/RYxOfQ2.png and add the modified date element – https://i.imgur.com/E4DT3Lc.png
I hope this will help you!
Hi Joe,
This is interesting. First please check the console, it is possible to have some errors or maybe some plugins that are blocking you to set the individual template. Normally you should be able to set it from this place – https://i.imgur.com/SaaOYgi.png (If you have the tagdiv Standard pack plugin enabled all the standard templates will be there, also if you have more cloud single post templates will be there).
Thank you!
Hi,
This is quite strange. I just checked your website and this has the og image – https://i.imgur.com/rCQy0TF.png so according to more websites for testing the og:image should be ok https://www.opengraph.xyz/url/https%3A%2F%2Fmilelion.com%2F2023%2F01%2F10%2Fkrisflyer-miles-can-now-be-transferred-to-marriott-bonvoy-points%2F
This problem is for all posts? Also, it is recent?
Hi,
I think you are referring to this space – https://i.imgur.com/06C5uU2.png This is because the Twitter embed iframe has by default width: 550px; And for this usually the themes can not control it, also I’m not sure if this can be resolved only with css, because that is an iframe, I think that it will also need some javascript.
Thank you!
Hi,
The meta from the small grids has been hidden with custom css. You can display it using this custom code:
.td-grid-style-7 .td-big-grid-scroll .td-big-grid-post .td-module-meta-info {
display: block;
}
You need to set the code in the theme panel > custom code> custom css.
I hope this will help you!
Hi W3B,
Usually, this kind of problem appears for users that use Newspaper, not Newsmag.
In case you have the Newspaper theme, please update it to v12.2. In case you already have 12.2, please delete the tagDiv Composer and reinstall it from Newspaper > plugins.
Thank you!
Hi newlife,
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com, provide the license key, and include the link to this topic. We’ll check it as soon as we can.
Thank you!
Hi,
Maybe I misunderstood, but the only element with a video that I can find on the site is the playlist and it seems to be ok on mobile. I actually tested it on Android. Or is this problem strictly on iOS?
Thank you!
Hi CT Lab,
There is no a problem that you do not have the mobile theme plugin installed, you’ll use the responsive version.
As I said, the big grid that you use display5 posts in a left-right slider – https://i.imgur.com/oxEQyom.png – https://i.imgur.com/2HXM4tN.png
Thank you!
Hi,
The DOM number is given by the elements that are used on the page/post, if there are more of them, the DOM number will be higher.
What I can recommend is to set more useful elements, blocks, and modules.
Thank you!
Hi,
I hope I understood correctly.
Initially, you have posts on which you have assigned single, individual templates to have different sidebars and you want the same thing for CPT (Posts Guia).
For this you can, just like on normal posts, make a cloud template and duplicate it, then edit it for the sidebar and assign it individually – https://i.imgur.com/bBaJyUw.png – https://i.imgur.com/W8wyZ83.png – https://i.imgur.com/xqXgv1s.png
I hope this will help you!
Hi,
It seems that the line of code refers to the sidebar, if it is not used, do these warnings appear on the site when you are logged in? It can also be due to improper settings.
It would be best to check these warnings, if you agree, please contact us at the email address contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin access, also please make a full backup for the site.
Thank you!
Hi Rossi Nicolás, from what I can see, this is not a theme-related problem, but we can try to help you, but for this will need temporary wp-admin and cPanel access. If you agree with this, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the mentioned access for those and we’ll try our best to help you.
Thank you!
Hi NAGARAJBV5,
This can also be because your screen is too small and you have many elements, what I can suggest is to remove some of them – https://i.imgur.com/KPUtsfC.png – https://i.imgur.com/Ii4MM5t.png
Thank you!
Hi,
I just made a test on v12.2 RC version and for me seems to work correctly with the flex loop.
This theme update will be the next week and then this problem should be resolved.
Thank you!
Hi,
Can you please provide another website or some screenshots? Because this one is denied for us – https://i.imgur.com/dDUqZ7p.png
Thank you!
Hi,
We just made some more tests using your details and indeed it looks like for some elements that are set the custom settings are still displayed as the default settings in the modal popup. We added this to our list of bugs and our developers will fix it as soon as possible.
Thank you for letting us know about it.
Hello sco,
This situation can be easily resolved, all you need to do is to edit the search cloud template and replace the post loop element with a flex loop element and let the filter empty – https://i.imgur.com/bL0rGQk.png this should resolve the problem.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi ezioboy,
I just checked those problems and I see that you are using the Pay For Post plugin and other plugins that normally are not tested with our theme. We have tested only the WooCommerce plugin – https://i.imgur.com/Pi30ibp.png
Now, we try our best to help even if the problem is with an untested plugin, but this may not be as simple as with a tested plugin or a setting from our theme. Many times there are also conflicts between the theme and these plugins, where custom work is needed.
I manage to do some improvements, no on mobile will be like this – https://i.imgur.com/gthjslF.png, and on desktop like this – https://i.imgur.com/2LYEt6i.png
I hope this will help you! Let us know the results!
Hi,
That is just a template with dummy data, your images from posts will not be set like that. Normally should be set as you set them with the WordPress editor (align, left, right, center).
Also, what you can do is go on a post and edit the single post template from there, in this way it will display that post text in single post content.
Thank you!
Hi,
To remove the latest news section you’ll need to edit the page in the WordPress editor and change the page template to the default – https://i.imgur.com/xhEUW2x.png
