To get all templates for entire website from cloud with a click can be done by installing a demo (the latest demos and pro demos are made only with cloud templates). Most of the css is coming from standard pack.

The dom size is related to the html elements that you have on a page.
So if you have many posts and blocks the dom size will increase. My recommendation is to remove some blocks form the homepage and check to see if the Total DOM Elements values is decreasing.

I remember that this problem can occur if there are some security modules like recaptcha on TikTok account. Our theme only takes the data from the TikTok, it does not access a specific api.

Unfortunately, the right click will work only for the same website, so using a multisite and trying to copy from website A to website B will not work, for the moment the only solution is to set the blocks in a page and copy that page code in a second website.
There is another solution, but this is only when you start a fresh website, then you can copy the theme panel settings (export/import) and the saved shortcode will be there.
Also, I noted on our list this suggestion for import/export shortcodes.
