Hi alvecrisservices, if this image is a banner, then you can use a custom html to display it only for some port devices https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-other-ads-non-adsense-ads/ but if is an image set with tagDiv Composer then you can select it and on view port that you want to hide it set it like this -> https://i.imgur.com/UALUvrL.png also you can add a new image that will be display on mobile but hide for the rest of devices.

Please check t see if you our your host have some security module or a firewall to block the theme plugins to use the wp editor.
Please make sure that you do not have any conflict plugins, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Hi cjolicoeur123456, this is a problem that appeared on some old theme version, if you are using Newspaper v10.3.8 there should be no problems.
Normal this problem appear on old versions when the images has a description, when you use tagDiv Composer and WPBakery or when the allow_url_fopen = off.

Hi thiagoprogramador, if I understand correctly the problem is now reduce to the homepage. Can you make a test and set a different homepage to see if you can edit the page.
If not, please provide some screenshots with the error and try to edit the homepage using only tagDiv plugins.

Hi NIVEKii, I just checked our list with api blocked and until now we have the Instagram and now is look that the api for Twitter is blocked too, that is way is no longer working. This situation appear when you are using the mobile theme plugin and the cache plugin that you have do not has options for a separate mobile theme plugin therefore do not know when to deliver the mobile version and when to deliver the desktop version.
