Our theme view count is counting how many times that post has seen, it dose not matter if is the same reader or not, when you’ll refresh the page it will count, in this way is build this feature in our theme.
If you want to count only per user, you must find a plugin or something that can achieve what you need.

Using the above suggestion you can set the code only in the mobile functions, therefore it will no longer index that mobile pagination, since you do not have any pagination on desktop, there should be no problems, also the category pagination will be indeed on desktop, therefore is no need to be indexed again mobile.

As i can see these 2 sites has pagination on mobile and desktop too and are displaying just fine.

Please note that your website is checked by our designers and developers when you submit for showcase and you need to have something special made using our theme, not only using a demo and with few modifications, usually there are add the build and customize using our tagDiv Composer.

If the problem persists, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
