As I can see the theme can not render the image -> https://i.imgur.com/kRkxVbb.png in most cases this problem is caused by some untested plugins, please make a test, disable all non theme plugins (tagDiv plugin) mage sure that you clear all cache and try again.

Also note that after the theme is updated, the theme plugins need to be updated “manual” -> https://i.imgur.com/y0dG6o0.png also if this is not working for you, please try the theme update from method B (cPanel/FTP update) from our guide -> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/

Hi AlbertoJR the element Single Post Featured Image can display all the posts formats that our theme has -> https://i.imgur.com/j9D5zG6.png (is a general element) and Single Post Bg Featured Image is an element make special only for featured images (posts with featured images), indeed this can be a little confuse first time, but now i think that everything is clear, the Single Post Featured Image can be use for all posts formats and Single Post Bg Featured Image only for image format.
I will make a suggestion to our developers to see if they can set a text or something to make this more clear.

Hi martol, indeed the cloud templates for the Five Newspaper New PRO Demos are not available for the moment in tagDiv Cloud Templates and can be use only if you install the demo. These templates will be add in cloud library soon, there are only few templates that need to be set and will be updated in cloud library.

Hi andxtagdiv, pages can be edited and build with tagDiv Composer as cloud templates, but the thing is that you can not apply cloud templates on pages, you can import pages/blocks/sections -> https://i.imgur.com/aJu4bAs.png from tagDiv Cloud Library in pages, but there are no cloud templates for pages. The page layout is make using tagDiv Composer builder.
