You can achieve this by setting a row like this -> https://i.imgur.com/4GGlX4c.png after that set the empty column width in % like this -> https://i.imgur.com/CngCis6.png -> https://i.imgur.com/y56mEMK.png -> https://i.imgur.com/3XjhbAP.png after that in the middle you can set your content, also you can set inner row inside the row and these -> https://i.imgur.com/EiTO5j9.png can be set sticky and you can set the banners in them -> https://i.imgur.com/sg13MEN.png

Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

In order to change the width of templates, you’ll need to use tagDiv Composer and stretch the row width. Did you follow our guide for child theme and there still was a problem ?
Make sure that you have the Newspaper theme install and activate fist like this -> https://i.imgur.com/wkjuBew.png after that copy the child from theme package -> https://i.imgur.com/7khPbF8.png in you WordPress install -> https://i.imgur.com/B416MAT.png after that activate the child from here -> https://i.imgur.com/4KhjCqo.png also make sure that you are still having the Newspaper theme on your WordPress, without it the child will not work.

Using a mobile theme it will be like using another theme from the mobile version that will improve the mobile speed, therefore you’ll not be able to set the footer or header on it as on desktop version, but f you want you’ll be able to display the responsive version for some pages or posts using this option -> https://imgur.com/m0bVB5T

Indeed is possible to be a problem with the version of the theme you are using, please make sure that you update the theme to the last version, Newspaper v10.3.1 and try again, it should work without any other problems.
