Hi,
I added this as a suggestion on our list, and our developers will check it.
Unfortunately I do not know a plugin that has the options you need and can be used with our theme to achieve that, but I see a popular one that you can try: https://wordpress.org/plugins/filter-everything/
Thank you!

Hi,

If you download the theme package, then you’ll get the WPBakery plugin inside it under the path Newspaper-tf\code\other_plugins\js_composer.zip

Thank you!

Hi,
This is in progress.

Hi,
If you have set the 27k instead of 2700,0 then from there is the problem.
What can be done is to use a page revision https://wordpress.com/support/page-post-revisions/

Hi,
Is this problem the same if you are using the theme without the cache plugin?
Thank you!

Hi,

Our developers are preparing the update and will release it in the coming days.

Thank you!

Hi,
Could you provide an example of how you’d like to look? Maybe there is one of our demos that has the same layout you like?
Thank you!

Hi,

Related to the search problem, it will be need to replace the current theme plugn tagDiv Composr with the one from here – https://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/td-composerfix.zip
Also, we’ll prepare a theme update that will include the fix.

Thank you!

Hi,

The mentioned path was only if the mobile theme plugin was in use, if you are using the mobile page template, then there is no need to set the code in that path.

The shortcode where it is set, did you use a child theme to set it in functions.php? If so it should work, is working for me – https://i.imgur.com/mqFWgu0.png

Hi,
This kind of situation appears when, after the theme update, the theme plugins that have been previously installed are no longer installed/activated. In this case, the mentioned shortcodes are part of the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin, which can be installed from Newspape > plugins. After that, the problem will be resolved.
Thank you!

Hi,
First, make sure that teh theme is to the last version, 12.7.3 after that make sure that the theme requirements are set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Last thing, after everything above is done, make a test using only the tagDiv plugins and see if the problem persists.
Thank you!

Hi Giorgos,
The thing is that the fetchpriority=”high” is used only on images set with the html tag img and the flex block have set the image using css as background therefore there is no way to set the fetchpriority=”high” on it, but the module made with module builder will display teh image in html tag so it will automatically attach the fetchpriority=”high”.
Thank you!

Hi,
Updating the theme to the latest version, Newspaper 12.7.3, should resolve that problem.

Hi,
The option for ‘Posts(cpts) must belong to all terms’ refers only to those terms that are added to the ‘Multiple terms filter’. Having set the options for ‘Current Taxonomy’ and the ‘Multiple terms filter’ will result in posts that belong to at least one of the filters.
Thank you!

Hi,
AS long as you are not using the mobile theme plugin, the same elements that are rendering on desktop will also render on the responsive version (mobile). Just make sure that your shortcode has the adjusted version for mobile.
Thank you!

Hi,
I saw the problem. What I can recommend is to make sure that you are using the latest theme version, Newscape v12.7.3, and make sure that all theme plugins are updated (plugins you are using).
Next step is to check if you didn’t set some strange text characters in the social counter, the options for fix count should have only numbers nothing else – https://i.imgur.com/BuBqVSO.png

Hi,

It’s not hard to set up, but maybe my instructions weren’t clear. If you’d like, we can help — just contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com
, provide wp-admin access and the MailerLite code, and let me know where it should be set up.

Thank you!

Hi,

If you’re using the options shown here https://i.imgur.com/s9M0V7L.png
the popup should not reappear for at least the set number of hours after the first display. However, if you’re using any kind of cache for cookies, it might interfere with this behavior.

Hi Paolo,
You need to uninstall the plugin and after that you need to delete the theme panel tables starting with tds_ https://i.imgur.com/yQAsDWW.png
Make sure you have a full backup before making any changes to the database.
Thank you!

Hi,
Please make sure that the thene plugins you used before the update are installed. Those can be installed from Newspaper > plugins. You should have installed and activated tagDiv Composer, cloud library and possible tagdiv standard pack.
Thank you!

I understand, it is possible that some tools do not interpret < 3.9.2 correctly, they may interpret it as <= 3.9.2. What can be done is to manually change the version of the plugin https://i.imgur.com/UCoxmI2.png
