I think that your install is not look the same in both places because you overwrite the old theme when you made the update, please try to update it on FTP, delete the old theme and replace with the new one, after that check in the WordPress > Newspaper > Welcome the theme plugins to be updated, this should fix the problem.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.

If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.

Make sure that you first make a full backup to your website. I personally recommend to make the update via FTP, delete the old theme and set the new one that you get from themeforest (unzip the package -> https://i.imgur.com/bkYpSnH.png copy the Newspaper.zip in you install and unzip it there -> https://i.imgur.com/NiclkwE.png after that go in Welcome section in WordPress> Newspaper and update the plugins.)

You should be able to copy the page content -> https://i.imgur.com/BbZccxc.png and paste it, in the second website, after that publish the page and open in TD Composer and hit the save button (you’ll get the message “the page hasn’t been created with it, and we can’t edit” because the page was publish/update using the WordPress button not from Composer).

If I understand correctly, you want to change the h from the Big Grid Flex post titles, then you can change it from this file -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_module.php -> https://i.imgur.com/KYexNka.png then all the post titles from all modules will have the H set in td_module.php

Sorry, I was thinking that you have other problem. Indeed the menu from your website is resizing, what you can do is to use a strong css like this one:
