Hello,

This issue happens when updating from an older version of the theme and isolate cases, so please make this adjustment in the tagdiv composer plugin:
https://www.screencast.com/t/HGX40TlcJgb
Then hit a save in the theme panel and then revert the code back to original .this will make the social icons appear properly again.
Or you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will fix this problem. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Thank you!

Hi,

Usually this issue is related to a firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.

Thank you for your understanding!

Hi,

Unfortunately, Polylang plugin, has not been tested with our theme and therefore, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with the theme, sorry! Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins.
This is our list with tested plugins with our theme -> https://www.screencast.com/t/cmPkh9jba4sZ

We recommend to use WPML for multi language, but he have users that use Polylang without problems, maybe these posts need to be add/translate in the second language or maybe you’ll need to translate or make a new homepage for the second language.

Thank you!
