You could try any plugins you find with the required capabilities, make tests with them. We have not made any testing with such plugins so I can’t make any recommendations unfortunately.

If you indeed use Newspaper 4.6.3, than is quite an old theme version. The latest version is 9.0.1 and there will be another update soon.
Such an old theme version may function incorrectly with the latest WordPress and newer plugins and also could be vulnerable.
You should strongly consider to update the theme and theme plugins as soon as possible, here is a guide you can follow

Maybe you entered code in the theme files or theme panel, or through a child theme. Please check if that is the case. Remove any theme modifications or codes/scripts entered directly in the theme files or in the theme panel.
The theme package downloaded from themeforest does not contain any type of malware of adware, so it must have been picked up from a different source.

From what I can find online this trenced.com is a type of adware, you could search for more information about removing it

The content for mobile pages can only be edited in the mobile editor. When the plugin is active you will have to create two versions of each page. One with the page builder or in any way possible, and one as mentioned above. It will have to be done manually, in the page edit screen (backend).

There was an issue like you describe when the page was updated, empty spaces would appear in lists for example. This is fixed in the latest theme and composer version.
