Hi,

Please let me know by email how you want the button to be aligned and mention a few details about the other customizations. All of these should be possible either in the composer or with some CSS. And please make the website account I used before an admin again, or provide a new one. I will help, let me know.

Thank you!

Hi,

Such issues are most likely caused by the caching configuration. When using the options mentioned above for the header, the caching must be configured to create separate caches for desktop and mobile. Most caching plugins have a setting for it. Litespeed has this setting https://prnt.sc/Fq7cLtLU-HWS If you use litespeed, please activate that option, clear the cache and the problem should be solved.

Please try it. Or in case you use something different for caching, or you already activated that setting and the problem remains, please send us an email with the website link and admin login and we will take a closer look.

Thank you!

Hi,

That is possible.

The post template can be selected in the post edit screen https://prnt.sc/jZ2PJWljC80K

Or while viewing the post on the website, you can set it from the admin bar by clicking on its name https://prnt.sc/_YWpatwUf8RJ

Please try it.

Thank you!

Hi,

I believe I replied to the email earlier. That is a very unusual thing to happen, or perhaps we do not yet understand the situation fully. If you want we can take a closer look, you can provide the login credentials for the website by email.

Thank you!

Hi,

I can’t say unfortunately, we don’t regularly test elementor. Does it work correctly with a different theme? If the issue happens only with our theme, we could investigate it more and try to find a solution if possible. Let us know.

Thank you!

Hi,

That section has filter settings. In the composer the element can be selected by clicking like this below it https://prnt.sc/7lkzzWqLZir9 There you can set the filter you want. Please try it. In case there are still issues, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login for the website, we will check as well.

Thank you!

Hi,

The problem should be solved now, please check as well. You can add widgets properly in both the article sidebar and in the footer sidebars and they should be displayed correctly on the website. In case there are further issues please let us know.

Thank you!

Hi,

That’s correct. Setting a background image or a color will make the layout boxed, limited to the default theme width, and the background on the sides. We’re sorry it caused so many problems on your website.

Maybe there ways around it depending on the result you are looking for. We will try to help, I suggest to send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to the website and admin login, and details about how you want it to look.

Thanks.

Hi,

Normally you don’t have to do anything special to get an image ad displayed. If you use an ad box and you set an image in it https://prnt.sc/P5Kkpks4uOVw that ad box appears on all devices by default. That would be all there is to it.

And the flex block 2 element should indeed work fine. It’s probably something caused by the design set for it. Does it work if you place a new block and click on the image? Sometimes positioning elements over the image with margins and padding can make the image unclickable.

We can take a closer look at both these issues directly on your website. We will need admin login, please send the user and pass by email at contact@tagdiv.com and please also include a link to this topic in the email. Then we can get to the bottom of both these issues.

Thanks.

Hi,

Please disregard that notice. It doesn’t mean there is no caching on the website, it’s a simple check which looks specifically for the super cache plugin, it doesn’t detect any other plugins. This was the plugin we recommended some time ago, and its still a pretty good free plugin. Of course now there are plenty of caching and optimization plugin which work fine with the theme. We may remove that notice from there as it can get confusing.

Please let us know if you have more questions.

Thanks.

Hi,

There should only one Country field in the checkout page, like this https://prnt.sc/t0AwTveoTkh- It would be very unusual if there are two of them on your checkout page. Could you provide a screenshot of the issue?

Or we can check directly on your website, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to the website and admin login, so we can look at the checkout page.

Thanks.

Hi,

We usually get questions concerning the search functionality, not a search logo. The search is mainly represented by an icon https://prnt.sc/HoJFAuEKSPrH sometimes also by text next to the icon, or just text. If maybe you would like to use an image/icon of your own, there is a way.

If you can convert your image/icon in SVG code format, then you can load it in the composer as a custom icon https://prnt.sc/kGToFYob_OA2 Then you can select that as the search icon https://prnt.sc/qQhmxUtYzg-L

Or maybe another way would be to just set the image you want as the background of the search https://prnt.sc/MOlxgPVs-U10

Or maybe you are referring to something else entirely. We can help more if you could explain what a search logo is exactly, and how or where you want to display it and what it should do. I see the website and there’s currently a logo and a button inside the header.

Please let us know.

Thanks.

Hi,

Those can both be removed by editing the post template with the composer. They are ad boxes with an image set https://prnt.sc/0XPoqh-bvTNd the other one too https://prnt.sc/cpQ66Vf6JYF_ The images can be removed or just remove the ad boxes themselves.

But if these ad boxes are not visible in the composer, then it’s quite unusual. We will take a closer look, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login for the website. We will get to the bottom of the issue.

Thanks.

Hi,

It must exist in the page if its found by testing tools. If its’ not visible in the actual page content, its inside popups. I see you use the Urban demo, which has this popup https://prnt.sc/RMMj0Ckwtglc Those are all blocks with posts, the titles are headings by default. Please modify the page set in the popup as well if you need to remove all the headings.

Thanks.

Hi,

That means there’s something wrong. Our theme performs great with decent hosting and good caching and optimization, cloudflare as well if possible. We will take a look at, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to the website and admin login.

Thanks.

Hi,

The theme keeps the post views for each post in a custom field. Duplicating a post would explain it, the views are duplicated as well.

The custom field can be seen in the post edit screen https://prnt.sc/OwDRkL1KiWMp here https://prnt.sc/iZpLo6h1Gbjk So it could be modified manually per post. Please try it. Let us know if we can help.

Thanks!

Hi,

So you will not be using the custom post type called Properties from the demo? If not, and you need a different post type, you could just create your own using the advanced custom fields plugin. Then you can create your own post type with your own name https://prnt.sc/5SkARK2CuE74 and choose from multiple icons the acf plugin provides https://prnt.sc/ss5Ug8b0q4KM

If you want to modify the one from he demo, it will have to be modified in code the plugin that creates the post type https://prnt.sc/R6Nw-jM8Db9Z Both the name of the post type and the icon can be changed in the code. I can provide the steps to do it if this is what you want to do.

Thanks.

Hi,

Something like could probably be done custom by a developer. Maybe we can do it as a custom work project, if you are interested. If so, we could discuss more, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and include a link to this topic in the email. Our developers will check and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Thanks.

Hi,

That’s very strange. I found the login for the website and I tested this on your website, looks fine for me https://prnt.sc/PKsbjTeEArki

Have you tried it with a different browser as a test? Maybe its a browser issue. Please try it and let me know.

Thanks.

Hi,

I think you may have solved the problem in the meantime, because the website looks fine now on mobile.

By default the content you see on mobile is the same one from desktop, the responsive version. This changes however if you activate the mobile theme and/or the AMP plugins https://prnt.sc/9UGTQQHkYMBO These are optional.

In case there are further issues please let me know.

Thanks.

Hi,

From what I see the posts that contain reviews don’t have the schema. Regular posts have it, like this one https://horrormovies.gr/news/neo-found-footage-film-tromou-erhetai-ioulio-house-of-eden/

I’m not yet quite sure why this happens. So far it looks like the theme removes the yoast schema when the post is a review. Forcing it seems to work, which could be considered a fix, at least until we get to the bottom of this issue. Try adding this line of code from here https://pastebin.com/AkzKpyWR in the theme functions file, or load it with a plugin like wp code or similar.

Please let me know if it works.

Hi,

If you want to place the banner in the header, then each header will display the banner in a specific way, some next to the logo, or below the menu, or above the menu https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-header-styles/

I see you would like to display it below the menu, you could use header style 4 or 5 for example. Or is there a problem perhaps, or other requirements? In your screenshot I see that the initial ad is already below the menu, do you maybe want to make it larger? If its’s an image ad, then the image itself will have to be larger.

Let me know if I can help.

Thank you!

There was a Newsmag update last Thursday, specifically for resolving the respective vulnerabilities. Please update the theme if you haven’t already.

Hi,

That’s an issue that happens when using the Firefox browser unfortunately. We will fix it in a new theme update. But for the time being please use a different browser when editing with the composer.

Thank you!
