Hi,

That will be available in a future update, you will be able to select the rel attribute value for the socials, in the theme panel. I believe these three will be available
– nofollow
– noreferrer
– noopener

Thanks

Hi,

That is how the AMP pages should work, URL and /amp at the end. If that is directing to the 404 page please re-save the permalinks in WordPress settings and check again with /amp.

Thanks

Sorry for misunderstanding. Indeed that seems to happen when a cloud template is used, on a default post template it works.

I will add this on our list and it will be fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience. If this is required for you, please consider using default post templates for the moment.

Hi,

Please continue the discussion by email if possible, so we don’t go back and forward from email to forum. That would be faster.

Simion C.

Hi,

That would be possible with some CSS, for example with header style 10
https://www.screencast.com/t/sCMVYnMn

.td-header-style-10 .td-header-sp-logo img {
float:left;
}

Thanks

My colleague tried to install by WordPress, that was unsuccessful for some reason. I believe he replied to you instantly by email, requiring the FTP credentials or cPanel to install the theme by those methods.

Please check your email and reply there as soon as possible.

Hi,

What kind of ads are you using? There would be a CSS solution if those are not Adsense ads.

Simion C.
tagDiv Staff

Hi,

If none for the solutions from above work, we could take a look. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin access and also cPanel if possible.
We may need to deactivate all your other plugins for testing, or you could test it first and let us know.

Include a link to this topic in the email.

Thanks

Hi,

That is quite a lot of empty space. How are you embedding the videos exactly? I also tried to embed the same video, but there is no such space

The code should work only on those specific pages? or other pages like those as well (meaning all single product pages, product category pages). The same code should work with some modifications to apply on those pages.

Those are the patch files, files that were modified from the previous version to the new one.
If you want to update by patch you can use those files. Note that each patch is required if you update from an older version, you cannot skip one update. They are not cumulative, meaning that the last one does not contain all the previous ones.

That issue with the Cloud library was in some cases caused by plugins, you could check that as a first step. We also continually try to improve the plugin, which is in beta phase at the moment. Be sure to check the theme requirements guide as well

Hi,

For me it looks like this across three browsers
https://www.screencast.com/t/ugvfw5fu

The logo seems to be smaller in width in that screenshot. It should be the same across all browsers. I am not seeing that however, I would have inspected the problem if there were any.

For the best results a logo of these recommended sizes should be used, per header style (exceptions are styles 9, 10 and 11)
https://forum.tagdiv.com/logo-favicon/

Hi,

What would that be used for exactly? If you mean in the page builder, there is no such element. Maybe there are plugins that have widgets like that.

Hi,

Are there any errors displayed? What happens if you o into medial library and try to upload an image?

The most common issues when uploading images for example would be these
https://docs.presscustomizr.com/article/229-fixing-errors-when-uploading-images-in-wordpress
https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-image-upload-issue-in-wordpress/

You could contact your hosting provider and mention this to them, maybe something is happening at server level where the uploads folder is located.

Hi,

What comment sorting are you referring to exactly? The comments don’t have any sorting
https://www.screencast.com/t/Wsktt9UKr
Maybe I am misunderstanding something.

I am having problems replicating this on my end, I use the latest theme version and latest Woocommerce (same as you), only theme plugins and Woocommerce active. I tried with a few iPhones and the Safari browser, the images load perfectly and the menu works as it should.

In your case the images seem to be invisible and the menu is not working. Maybe another plugin is causing it somehow, or custom code. You could begin investigating this, plugins, custom code of any kind, the child theme.

The mobile theme probably is not loading the cause of the problem, that is why it works.

Hi,

By a theme option that is not possible. We have added more socials in the theme a while back. If you have any suggestions for some socials please let me know and I will add them on our request list.

Thanks

Hi,

I don’t quite understand what you want to do. So you place a big grid in a page using the composer. The grid will appear only in that page.

The only way a big grid will appear in a post page, would be if you use the tagDiv composer and cloud library plugin to create post templates
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
Then you can place a big grid in the post template, apply that template for desired posts.

If I misunderstand please correct me.
Thanks

Hi,

I tried this as well, but there are no duplicates
https://www.screencast.com/t/VvRtUGlaq5
I use latest theme and woocommerce, only theme plugins active + Woocommerce. In your case there seem to be two forms for some reason.

Hi,

I tried inserting a cart widget in a product sidebar, the widget appears and works
https://www.screencast.com/t/JtwmKeb5QEN
Exactly how should I test to see the problem?

Thanks

Hi,

Flex blocks have such a setting, they have many settings
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/flex-block/

Example – https://www.screencast.com/t/7bqe4wgE

Or it could be done with CSS if flex blocks are not an option for you. In this case I would require a link to the page where you want to do this, and a mention of which elements should be affected.

Thanks

Hi,

1. So the theme panel is not working properly? In most cases where the theme panel is continuously loading with no result, the issue was caused by limited resources
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
The mentioned parameters have to be set according to the guide or there most likely will be problems.

If there is no need for such modifications, there could be another cause. In some previous cases that was caused by a server firewall or security plugin
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cant-save-theme-options-2/
Check while saving in the browser inspector console, if there are any errors they will be shown there.
Let us know the results.

2. I have not seen that before. Does the same happen if you deactivate all other plugins? Leave only theme plugins and Yoast active and there should be no problem. It could be another plugin that causes the issue. This way you can tell if that is the case.

Thanks

Hi,

So you want to left align the content of those text elements on mobile to the left? Edit the page with the tagDiv composer, select the mobile view-port, click on the respective elements and align the content to the left in the CSS tab
https://www.screencast.com/t/WBzIYQx4bj
https://www.screencast.com/t/mb57Jkigg5Y9

Hi,

That is possible. Select 3 modules per row on desktop
https://www.screencast.com/t/hbVhTo9q
And select 1 module per row on mobile
https://www.screencast.com/t/tgxrBC4o9V
This is even recommended, having 3 modules per row on smaller devices would be not the best and practical layout.

Thanks

Hi,

A similar topic is this one, that is a common WordPress issue caused usually by insufficient resources, mainly the upload max size parameter

Thanks
