We could take a look, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login as well as cPanel if possible. Include a link to this topic in the email.
That code will work for the h2 in the post content, I tested it again
– https://www.screencast.com/t/duRCe1sc6SyS
I could take a look at your website, please provide a link to it.
You can create a blog type page if needed, that would not be a problem. Create a page and choose the latest articles template for it
– https://www.screencast.com/t/q1RwmHUY
That will show a list of articles sorted by latest, the settings for it are as shown in the screenshot.
This demo for example uses something like that for the Blog page
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_recipes/
You can call the page anything you want and add it in the menu for example.
So maybe like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/L6TUKcrSA
.tdm-header-style-1 input[type="search"] {
padding-top: 3px;
padding-bottom: 5px;
}
I see know, you can use the excerpt settings to limit the post title length and also the actual excerpt length
– https://www.screencast.com/t/n0aaBGgn
That will take care of uneven excerpts.
Hi,
That is a page built with the tagDiv composer and Woocommerce shortcodes. There are many topics here in the forum in this matter. Such as this one for example
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-display-products/
Hi,
That is not how it looks for me, please see here some tests I made with various mobiles (Android Google Chrome and iPhone Safari browsers)
– https://www.screencast.com/t/MgMncOt0
– https://www.screencast.com/t/wkGj7A9KM
Does that happen with Chrome? What browser are you testing with exactly?
Hi,
That code will not affect the AMP template. This will require a modification in the AMP plugin files if you want to remove the views
– https://www.screencast.com/t/dD4NYh1Da
Comment or remove that code and the views will no longer be displayed in AMP post pages.
Hi,
Where are you placing the condition exactly? Try placing it in the smart list main file
– https://www.screencast.com/t/toaKlbJxNU
That would work, you could give it a try.
Hi,
Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin access to the website. If the tagDiv composer is deactivated there would be no problem.
I can’t replicate the issue you describe using the latest theme version and WPBakery 5.5.1 provided in the theme package.
Include a link to this topic in the email.
Hi,
Something is not functioning correctly with the logo when sticky for some reason, it should be limited to a smaller size. It should look like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/tPy5AyH01S1i
I could give you a code to enlarge it like this maybe, I can’t exactly identify why it looks like that on sticky
– https://www.screencast.com/t/V7gCoxSsXk
@media (min-width: 768px) {
.td-header-style-10 .td-logo-sticky img {
max-width: 200px;
}}
Enter that code in Theme panel->Custom CSS section.
Hi,
That will be the case, the AMP version of the post will be served only through the Google search results, from the Google cache. So the user can only access an AMP post on your website by Google search results.
Clicking on post links in the related articles for example, will direct to the default website (or mobile theme version if active).
Thanks
Hi,
That demo will not affect the big grid slide or big grid 2 on which it is based, so the category tag should be visible once enabled in the theme panel
– http://prntscr.com/kcqypv
The same for the hover effect, it should be the same as default
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-slide/
The only thing that will be inherited from the demo you mention to the slide, would be the theme accent color when the tags are hovered and theme panel font settings for the category tags. Other than that the slide would be the same as default.
Did you maybe use some CSS code that may affect the grid? I could take a look at it if you can provide a link to your website.
Thanks
Hi,
You can only disable only the whole filter in the theme panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/EAoZ06zMT
However I could give you a CSS code to remove that option
– https://www.screencast.com/t/LubDeOqBe
Enter it in Theme panel->Custom CSS if you should consider using it
.category .td-pulldown-filter-list li:nth-child(5) {
display: none;
}
Thanks
Hi,
The date format can be changed in WordPress settings
– https://www.screencast.com/t/eKm4hAppSpt
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ejw1NmDHMGC
– https://www.screencast.com/t/wLrXdDkmKP
These parameters are accepted – https://codex.wordpress.org/Formatting_Date_and_Time
Format used in example
F j, Y g:i a
I believe this is what you wanted.
The cloud library templates have a setting when using it’s post templates, there is an option to display a time ago format
– https://www.screencast.com/t/DgvU3Z0uD
That will affect the date in the post page, not modules in blocks/grids.
Thanks
Hi,
For me it looks like this currently
– http://prntscr.com/kcqer4
– http://prntscr.com/kcqf2w
What exactly is mixed up? I could take a look if you could mention where I should check. From what I can see there would be no problem with the website.
Hi,
That widget should function correctly now, there were some issues with it’s functionality previously. As of theme version 8.8.2 it should work correctly
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Lr8iKWaHP
I could take a look at the widget, please provide a link to your website where it is located.
Hi,
Indeed, Adsense would not allow ads to be placed in a floating box. So if you plan to use such ads in the sidebars, disable the sticky sidebar setting in the theme panel
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-sidebar-2/
For most default post templates and also cloud templates there are a total of 3 article ads (some templates have additional spots). With default post templates you can enter the ad codes in the theme panel
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/
Using cloud templates for posts the ads have to be entered in the template
– https://www.screencast.com/t/4v6M0Rui
Thanks
Hi,
Yoast has a setting to set a description for category pages, but that will appear for all of them
– https://www.screencast.com/t/4vw3TdAV
If there is no general description added there, then I believe the description set per category will be picked
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Dzi1Nikf
But these would be displayed regardless of the sub-page of the category. So the same for page/2, page/3 etc.
Hi,
@vijayrana This is a very old topic, the initial poster may not reply.
The sticky (or smart) sidebar setting is located in the theme panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/x8hT9KYIQq
There you can enable or disable it if needed. It will affect all sidebars sidebars in the website, including the new option in the composer for sticky columns
– https://www.screencast.com/t/2y3d2VmjL9
Hi,
From what I can see the Facebook in the social counter is not configured properly, the link is not valid. I see you entered the whole link to the Facebook profile page in the counter
– https://www.screencast.com/t/xuwbWeuLamUD
Only the ID is required, like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/SYrO2K4Y
Set it like that and it will work.
Thanks
Hi,
Those would be the theme reviews, you can set a review for each post if needed
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/reviews-2/
The review options are located in the post settings, while the review will appear below the post content in the post page
– https://www.screencast.com/t/LP9eFASR
– https://www.screencast.com/t/XFirKrjDC
Hi,
Displaying the same content from desktop on mobile is possible only if the mobile theme plugin is deactivated. The content for mobile pages is limited to the Mobile editor
– https://www.screencast.com/t/iWimBmq7
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Using the default responsive version will display the same content from desktop, on mobile. That should be mobile friendly as well, the theme is fully responsive. Try to test again with the Google tester
– https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly
From what I know the results of the test are not so conclusive, testing the same website multiple times seems to produce different results.
Hi,
That is not supposed to happen, try to use the same pagination in the same or a different block, in a new page. Make a test and see what happens.
Also do you maybe use the unique articles setting for that page?
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/unique-articles/
The code will take some time to apply, it will be loaded after the theme CSS. Try to enter it in the theme stylesheet file, at the end
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Put5TBsnn
The the code would load faster.
