Hi,
There is an option to set a header background image, in the theme panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Np2CdfkTD
So you could set your background image with that option.
That demo uses header style 10 with a logo image and additional background color
– https://www.screencast.com/t/BGBhSmeWf
Thanks
The most recommended update method is by FTP, please try to reinstall the theme
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Then please deactivate the tagDiv composer and install it again from here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/r2n8DZ94
The multi-purpose plugin is no longer required, it is included in the tagDiv composer.
That error is displayed when the page you are editing is not created with the tagDiv composer or in which you entered a custom code. Try the composer on a new page and see if the same error is displayed.
It could also be displayed when the super cache is installed and not configured as mentioned here
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Let us know the results.
@MayankParmar You could do what some other users do, maintain a local offline up to date copy of the website. Test theme updates or plugins there.
Hi,
That would be just one of the problems. Try to use the header search function, related articles section also is not functioning and displaying correctly, the author avatar is not displayed as well. These issues are happening on all of the posts I tested and category pages, the homepage works properly.
I would suggest that you first deactivate all your plugins except theme plugins, clear all installed caches or server provided, clear CDN as well if used. If you enter any code in the theme panel (custom code ad codes etc) temporarily remove it. The same for theme modifications if you mad any.
Additionally check the theme system status panel

If needed ask your hosting provider to increase the allocated resources. Let us know the results.
Thanks
Hi,
I remember seeing that a while back, I don’think a proper cause has been identified. These are some similar topics
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tl_ph-foreign-language-in-my-facebook-comments-section/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/page-with-videos-only/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/embedded-facebook-is-in-wrong-language/ (code added in functions file, main theme or child theme)

That is the excerpt text, change the font for the excerpt as well
– https://www.screencast.com/t/B1sZJTHS5EA
That is happening because of this code
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Nq40P6fwnOoV
I don’t know exactly where that code is coming from. In combination with this code
– https://www.screencast.com/t/KklvHcFtTvBT
You should review your custom code and see where the problem is. Such problems will begin to appear when using a lot of custom code.
Hi,
If you mean height, change the line-height of the main menu
– https://www.screencast.com/t/UWCWs8XzPv
If you want to do something else, provide link to your website and specific details about what you are trying to do.
Thanks
Hi,
The theme is compatible with woocommerce, however dedicated or advanced elements for woocommerce do not exist. There is only one simple demo page
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_tech/shop/
Maybe themes that are built with this in mind may have more complex options for maintaining a shop and selling products.I cannot say if there will be more woocommerce elements or features added in the theme, at the moment there would be no plans in the matter.
The theme will display a message requiring activation constantly, while creating posts or pages for example. Note that you can activate the theme for demonstration or testing purposes. The activation can then be reset in the theme system status panel.
As long as the theme is used on a single live website there will be no problem, according to Envato license terms
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
Thanks
Hi,
The mobile front page is defined in a file, this file
– https://www.screencast.com/t/u3J3zLfbC
All the other mobile pages you create have a different template
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ZGbi1EU86
So if you were to copy the grid shortcode in the normal page file, the rid will appear on all the mobile pages
– https://www.screencast.com/t/0eLkM30utp
Note that this grid is supposed to display only in the mobile front page, you can test and see if there are any problems.
Thanks
Hi,
There is no setting to color the actual theme containers, or post content background. That could only be done with CSS code

Some similar topic here

Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, FTP access and cPanel if possible. Make a backup of the website before. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Hi,
The socials displayed in the top bar or footer, will be the ones for which you enter accounts in the social networks section
– https://www.screencast.com/t/8nVKS8b5PU
Enter your account links there for the socials you want. Only those will be displayed.
Thanks
Hi,
Note that additional font weights have to be enabled first in the theme panel, the default weight is always loaded (400)
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/
Roboto and Roboto condensed would be 2 font variants based on the same font
– https://blog.prototypr.io/what-should-designers-know-about-the-roboto-typeface-b98f6b83c57e
If you set Roboto for the post content, that should be loaded

Thanks
I don’t know how to help you. Did you try viewing the page with other monitors/browsers?
How do other websites appear on your monitor? Are you sure there is no zoom in the browser? Check the zoom levels as you watch the page in question
– https://www.cnet.com/how-to/how-to-adjust-chromes-default-zoom-settings/
I never saw this problem before, we all use 1920×1080 monitors here and test in many browsers. In your case there must be a zoom level, or maybe browser extension that zooms in.
This is how all our monitors see it
– https://www.screencast.com/t/VQZQosfNddu
Which is properly and according to the theme width.
This is how you see it in comparison
– https://www.screencast.com/t/wBJrSE5Gob
That is most definitely zoomed.
Hi,
Try the same suggestions from this topic, they might work for you as well
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/fatal-error-mobile-plugin-cannot-redeclare-class-mobile_detect/
Thanks
Hi,
The multi-purpose plugin was indeed included in the 8.7.5 package, it should have not been so. We are aware of this oversight.
Please note that the multi-purpose plugin is not needed anymore and it will not be provided separately. All the multi-purpose elements and settings are now included in the tagDiv composer
– https://www.screencast.com/t/VkfdKMZLl
So as of version 8.7.5 the multi-purpose plugin is combined with the tagDiv composer plugin. You can and remove the multi-purpose plugin, all is needed now is the tagDiv composer. Sorry for the unintended confusion.
Thanks
Hi,
Only one category tag will be displayed in all the theme modules. This will be the primary category you set or is picked automatically.
You cannot display two category tags in a module, regardless of block or grid.
Hi,
Where would you like to apply the gradient? The multi-purpose elements have options to set a gradient color for example
– https://www.screencast.com/t/vso4rxQF
Where there is an option for a color in a multi-purpose element, there will be a gradient option (most elements).
Thanks
Hi,
If you already use an AMP plugin, then keep using it. Unless maybe you have a reason to change the plugin you currently use. Our plugin does not have many settings and options at the moment, it will be improved over future updates.
Thanks
I can give you a CSS code, just thought that we could identify what the problem is exactly. Seems to be a height or line-height problem.
This would be a quick fix
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ZqnT5kaeU2I
.td-ps-notext .td-social-but-icon {
width: 40px;
height: 40px;
}
@lucaapellegrini If there are shortcodes in the pages, then the composer is either not updated or active. Try again, deactivate the composer plugin and install it from the theme plugins panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/vv2dlQ30mAZ
In case the problem is not solved, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login and also FTP access. We will take a look.
Hi,
If the fonts that are provided are not the ones you want to use, you can upload your own in the theme panel
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/
Once you upload them, they will appear in the font selection list.
Thanks
Hi,
Are you testing non-logged or in incognito mode? The super cache has a setting that will not cache pages for known users. Provide a link to your website so we can take a look.
Thanks
Add it in the child theme header file (copy it from the main theme), that should work as well. Check after entering.
